Just wow!
Pros:

I have to say that I’m quite a demanding traveller, but this hotel truly deserves a 10/10.

The staff are incredible—every wish seems to be fulfilled before you even express it. The food is outstanding, the spa is the most beautiful I have ever seen, and the atmosphere of the boho concept is absolutely magical.

Honestly, this was one of the best stays I have ever experienced.

Cons:

We had the cheapest room, which was honestly a little disappointing—it had no air conditioning, no fridge, and no view, and the nights were extremely hot. Next time we know - will take better room :)

There was also a very limited selection of sweet options at breakfast, and the spa opening hours are rather short for the summer season.

However, these are all minor issues, and I still can’t give the hotel anything less than 10/10.

Spektakulärt ställe så nära himlen man kan komma.
Pros:

10 av 10 rummet var otroligt även om vi fick hörnrummet med begränsad utsikt.

Einzigartiges Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

- die Lage ist einzigartig und ein Ort an dem man richtig abschalten kann
- die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich toll aufgebaut, man hat viele Rückzugsorte, viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr stilvoll und ein wirklich besonderes Hotel das es so vergleichbar in Österreich nicht gibt
- eine Vielzahl an Aktivitäten sind von der Jufen Alm aus gut erreichbar. Wandern, e-Bike, Bogenschießen etc.

Cons:

- kulinarisch hat das Hotel noch Luft nach oben, da aus meiner Sicht beim Abendessen zb ein Gedeck fehlt. Auch die Auswahl und Qualität könnte in so einem Haus definitiv besser sein
- Personal im Restaurant teilweise etwas verplant aber Riesen Lob an Branko-er macht seinen Job wirklich toll und mit Begeisterung!
- viele Tagesgäste/Wanderer beim Eingang und Check in Bereich

Gibt es nichts! (Einziges, winzig kleines Manko für mich persönlich, der Schminkspiegel fehlt, aber das ist auch wirklich das einzige!!)

Krásný designový hotel v klidném prostředí hor, ideální na relax, túry i odpočinek. Skvělá kuchyně a moc milý a příjemný personál . Děkujeme za vřelé přijetí ❤️

Cons:

Uzavření bazénu již v 19h je škoda, když se vrátíte po celém dni z túry, bazén již nemáte šanci využít a to nás mrzelo.

Einfach alles- das schönste Hotel in dem ich je Urlaub gemacht habe.
Sehr gutes Essen, auch vegane Alternativen vorhanden. Wunderschöne Zimmer und auch die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Sehr sehr nettes Personal- hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen.
100%ige Weiterempfehlung - dieses Hotel sollte man unbedingt gesehen haben.

Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage und Ruhe war außergewöhnlich. Wunderschöne gepflegte Gartenanlagen. Sehr geschmackvolle Dekorationen in und ums Haus. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer tip top sauber wie alles im Haus! Frühstücksbuffet sehr schön mit allem was man sich wünschen kann.

Cons:

Das Personal im Service (Frühstück und Abend) war lustlos und nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren an einem Abend noch mit Freunden zum Essen da und auch da hatten wir denselben Eindruck. Sehr schade weil das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten das von unserem Aufenthalt (eine Übernachtung)) im Winter anders in Erinnerung. Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat uns das um 19.00 Uhr der Pool geschlossen wird.
