Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, curata nei dettagli al suo interno, per l’esterno parla il panorama che offre e la meravigliosa posizione nella vallata
La comodità dei letti e il silenzio che la notte si crea permette un riposo assoluto oltre al rispetto in generale dei coinquilini con cui abbiamo alloggiato e di chi lavora in struttura

Cons:

Peccato per il fatto che non parlavano italiano, e noi purtroppo non eravamo ben strutturati nel parlare bene l’inglese
Sono persone molto accoglienti e cordiali con cui avremmo voluto scambiare più chiacchiere, ma confermo che la loro accoglienza a livello di fatti vale molto piu delle parole!

فندق خيالي في ابعد نقطة في جبال الالب من ناحية النمسا كل شي ممتاز والعائلة المالكة ودودين جدا و الفطور رائع ومتنوع . طبعا لايوجد ثلاجة ولا مكيف ولكن جينا في وقت الجو بارد ما احتجنا

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, leckeres Abendessen und eine wunderschöne Umgebung.

Für Kinder gibt es Spiele, Bücher, im Garten einen Ball und ein Fußballtor, was unserem Sohn große Freude gemacht hat.

Cons:

Die Getränke sind Selbstbedienung und ziemlich teuer. Die Chefin hat ständig geschaut, ob wir was nehmen, und alles nochmal notiert. Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich es besser gefunden, wenn man alle Getränke einfach beim Personal bestellen kann, um solche unangenehmen Situationen zu vermeiden.

Als ich gefragt habe, warum etwas doppelt draufsteht, war der Ton ziemlich komisch. Das hat uns echt die Stimmung vermiest.

Für Kinder gibt es keine stillen Getränke. Wir haben gefragt, ob wir für unser Kind ein kleines Glas Apfelsaft aus dem Automaten nehmen dürfen und haben es natürlich auch aufgeschrieben. Für die Mitarbeiter war das kein Problem, aber später wurden wir von der Chefin dafür kritisiert.

Im Bad gibt’s keinen Vorhang am Fenster, man kann komplett reinschauen.

Frühstück kostet 20 € pro Person – das finden wir zu hoch.
