Nice place to stay close to the mountain but very basic. A nice indoor pool and hot tub was a plus.
Pros:

No breakfast included but they left us some granola bars in the room. The rooms are old and rustic but clean. could use better pillows and matress.

Cons:

The painting in the bathroom was pealing, the shower curtains were very old and stained. Could have used a better pillow and confomrter. Place has a lot of potential if renovated.

Convenient but not that nice
Pros:

Very close to Killington, which is why you stay here. The staff is friendly, and the place is fairly comfortable in a homey way.

Cons:

The facility is old. Very old. Everything could use updating, from the rooms and beds, to the swimming area and general decor. For the price, I would have expected a bit more.

Charming and convenient
Pros:

Cascades is a very convenient location and the host was very kind and accommodating. The treats and juice left in the room each day were a very nice touch. I enjoyed the home-like feeling and historic decorations.
