Charming and convenient
Pros:

Cascades is a very convenient location and the host was very kind and accommodating. The treats and juice left in the room each day were a very nice touch. I enjoyed the home-like feeling and historic decorations.

I do not recommend staying here. Pay a little bit more to be comfortable.
Pros:

Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff was welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

Room was extremely hot and thermostat adjustment had no effect. Could not open a window to cool off the room. Water from sink and shower was brown. Do not drink the water. Room decor is quite dated but understandable given the rate paid. We did not contact the front desk to request a room change as we checked in late and were exhausted. This is on us for trying to tough it out...

I've stayed here a few times and it's always nice. Hot tub is clean and hot, beds are comfy and some of the room

Great location, but a bit dated considering the price.

Great location close to ramshead. Nice hot tub and pool, comfy beds, and nice bathrooms. Designated spot for skis/boards and boots near the closet.

Cons:

The tv in my room was an old tube tv, the static ring gave me a headache so I ended up using my iPad to watch a movie instead. Overall the place is a little dated and for the price I was expecting a little more; ie. The included breakfast was a few granola bars and juices left on the dresser, sauna was not working (or nonexistent? Listing claimed a sauna but I never did locate it)
