Quiet location up in the mountain with sounds of nature and wonderful views.

The rooms are amazing in terms of design and cleanliness, staff is friendly buy unfortunately the price for what you get is a little expensive, one restaurant, no variety of food to chose, you can’t go to town easy in case you are hungry and they have no food service during lunch and after 7:30pm.
The food is not good, they only give you one option for breakfast pretty poorly served. Dinner is only from 5:30 to 7:30pm with no more options for snacks or so. The menu is pretty poor in quality, food not tasty and price is high for what you get. I got raw trout had to send it back, got friend chicken and the taste was terrible.

Sono arrivato purtroppo alle 19:30 e la cena nn era più disponibile perché il ristorante poteva cucinare fino alle 19:00. Mi sono dovuto organizzare diversamente per la cena ed ho pranzato in modo abbondante. Credevo rimanesse aperto almeno il bar per un drink o un calice di vino ma invece alla chiusura del ristorante hanno chiuso anche il bar; essendo una struttura immersa nel nulla...se non mi fossi attrezzato da me, mando un bicchiere di vino avrei potuto bere. Per quel che ho pagato reputo questa cosa assurda. Assenza di servizi se si arriva dalle 19:00 in poi. Sono rimasto davvero scontento dell'accaduto, ero con la mia compagna, volevo acquistare una bottiglia di vino essendo arrivato dopo le 19 ma era tutto CHIUSO. ASSURDO ONESTAMENTE. Ho pagato più che a sufficienza, almeno il servizio bar doveva essere disponibile.
Colazione ottima, anche la cena molto buona. La posizione è molto suggestiva e tutto è molto curato. Davvero un posto speciale, gestito in maniera impeccabile.

Esperienza davvero meravigliosa! La stanza era pazzesca: spaziosa, pulitissima, dotata di tutto il necessario e con una vista spettacolare. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il servizio di andata e ritorno per il centro di Ollantaytambo e la stazione. Anche il ristorante è stato ottimo. Un’esperienza davvero speciale!

It is far from the town and a lot of harpin turns to reach. The price is a bit to high for what is offered at the end; we did not feel this spirituality that much
A experiência de nós hospedar no Stardome foi incrível! Muito romântico, a suíte com detalhes lindos… o café da manhã e a comida do jantar estavam realmente incríveis…. Foi o primeiro hotel da viagem onde aclimatamos, não sabia que ficava numa altitude mais alta que o centro de Ollantaytambo… senti um pouco o mal de altitude…
A água do chuveiro não estava muito quente e a ninguém nos avisou que a localização é é difícil acesso e precisa subir uns 20 minutos… só avisaram o motorista que deveriam subir… eles fornecem o serviço de subida e descida porém, só falaram pra gente quando estavam lá

Amazing view, delicious food, friendly staff
Food options were a bit limited and we wish we didn't have to get a full 3-course menu each time, but we understand that this is to make things easier due to the hotel's remote location and wasn't a big issue.
We also wish there was some sort of minibar in the room or restaurant with snacks/drinks for purchase throughout the day.
Everything was great. This is a truly amazing place to decompress.
Everything! Such a sacred site! The staff go above and beyond! Absolutely beautiful setting! The meals were delicious and they accommodated our dietary choices.
We suggest the San Pedro ceremony with Freddy the Shaman!!!!
