Pros:

雖採自助入住，但民宿提供的資訊都很清楚，房間乾淨，空間也很舒適,附近停車,吃東西都很方便
平日住宿費很佛心，加上有這樣的體驗，這個cp值太高了，真讚！！

Cons:

有不少蚊子，還好睡覺時沒打擾到

我認為沒有人值得這種對待，希望大家都能找到心儀的住宿。
Pros:

優點還是有的：
1.窗簾有雙層，其中一層透光但不透明，可以解決和對面棟距過近沒有隱私的問題
2.電視滿大的
3.一樓飲水機有冰水

Cons:

實際入住以後，發現和booking上的評價完全不同，讓我很訝異。不知是有換老闆還是我走錯間？

1.整個房間真的不乾淨。地毯已經有明顯染色污漬，感覺灰色的地方原本是白色，我們把地毯移開以後，發現底下都是灰塵和沙子，感覺平時不會清洗地毯也不會移開清潔。
2.床頭櫃底下有明顯的紙屑，並不是我刻意趴下看，只是單純走路就會看到。
3.床單上有頭髮，枕頭上有灰塵。
4.被子薄薄小小的，枕頭很扁並不舒適，抱枕上也已經脫線了。
5.廁所有下水道的味道，我們住二樓，有時低樓層難免，但是可以在客人入住前先沖水降低氣味。
6.管家不熱情也不貼心，很多時候都是等一兩個小時才收到簡短的回覆。
7.共用的拖鞋有些甚至裂開了。

特殊情況：本人我手殘把冷氣遙控器掉到地上，背蓋斷掉了，但不影響遙控器功能。誠實告知管家並表示願意賠償以後，收到覺得讓人不舒服的回覆像：「…」、「我問一下老闆」
遙控器需要賠償400元，我負起責任了，但過程很不舒服。

老闆擁有多間不同的民宿，也許管理上沒有辦法很周到？我在這次的住宿體驗中，完全沒有感受到用心的成分。

Decent place to stay for a good price
Pros:

The design of the room was lovely and both, price and location, were good.

Cons:

We had no hot water in the shower and the accommodation had no lift. It also does not come with a parking lot or parking garage. In the description it said it is pet friendly but it was not really pet friendly as we received quite aggressive complaints about our dog.

Disappointing
Pros:

Everything was clean, nicely furnished, and functional.

Cons:

We had a VERY bad experience with a staff member coming to collect our payment at 11pm!! I have never see this in my entire life, such poor client awareness and treatment. My partner and I were in bed when someone knocks on our door, we were legitimately afraid and extremely confused having received no warning whatsoever. The staff did not speak a word of english as we asked who he was and why he was knocking on our door so late in the evening. We were in pure disbelief with the situation, us in pyjamas having to explain and google translate how upset we were of the disturbance, and overall lack of respect. The staff member was embarrassed and I also pity him working so late, but the company managing this hotel needs to get their sh*t together and put their clients first. It’s a shame because the room was lovely and the location was nice, but this insane money collection process at 11pm just killed it for us and genuinely scared us.

Pros:

The room and the bed. Also, the staff who’s trying to accommodate our complaints.

Cons:

The information of the property is not accurate. We booked the place because of the specific facility which we found on their profile. Unfortunately, when we got there they said that it is ONLY FOR A SPECIFIC ROOM AND CANNOT BE USED BY US.
