Boa localização, quartos limpos, staff atencioso e muito boa relação qualidade / preço. Zona da sauna muito moderna

Localização, instalações, quarto privado, atenção dos funcionário e preço.

Cons:

O colchão não era para mim dos mais confortáveis, porém o meu amigo achou confortável.
O ventilador precisa de ser substituído. É velhinho e no último andar fazia bastante calor no quarto, acho que é algo que se pode melhor sem necessidade de um grande investimento.

Cons:

Værelset var fin størrelse, men sengen var hård og dårlig, at ligge i. Man skulle dele toilet med de andre gæster på hotellet, da der ikke var toilet på værelse. Personalet var sure. Teressen som var tilgængelig var et stort stykke ukrudt og intet lys. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse

Excellent, would highly recommend.
Pros:

I was in a basic room not it was clean and comfortable.
Use of the sauna was fantastic, really made my stay!
Location is central and perfect for your stay in Prague.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

La stanza era al terzo piano con ascensore e al primo piano vi è una cucina con frigo. Ci sono due macchine automatica una con carta l'altra solo cash ( caffè, cappuccio) a buon prezzo 25 corone. L'acqua calda è stata sempre presente. Le stanze singole o doppie hanno gli asciugamani. Ottima la sauna se avete tempo.la posizione è vicino piazza venceslao a 15 minuti dal famoso orologio. Non distante dall'albergo ci sono posti per mangiare e anche negozi

Non era possibile chiudere il bagno , ho chiesto alla ragazza che mi ha detto di utilizzare il bagno di altre tre camere. Se è estate non vi è l'aria condizionata ...all'ultimo piano può essere un problema. La stanza era un po' piccola e non vi era un armadio. Entra luce al mattino perché non tutte le finestre hanno una "tenda". In 5 giorni non è mai stata pulita la camera.

I would not stay here again. Before arrival, my messages regarding late-night check-in were ignored, causing significant stress when I landed in Prague at 1 a.m. with no instructions on how to access the property. The room looked nothing like the photos, was extremely small, very hot, and did not have functioning air-conditioning as advertised—only an old fan. The advertised “city view” did not exist, and the room was far from what was presented online. The shared toilet facilities were frequently dirty and on the morning of my departure smelled strongly of excrement, with urine-soaked clothing and dirty shoes left there for hours. Communication was poor throughout, with messages unanswered and phone calls ignored. Overall, the accommodation did not match the description and was a disappointing experience.

Cons:

Ночью абсолютно не спали, отель на узкой улице с барами и какимито клубами. С 23 до 5 под окнами крики, споры, гогот. С 5 до 6.30 утра уже таскали баки или мусор был ужасный грохот. Спа сделан хорошо, но абсолютно не комфортно ходить без купальника это "запрещено". Глупый запрет создаёт неудобства , у людей падают полотенца, они почти не прикрывают, расслабится невозможно ты лежишь голый. Муж уходил как заходили женщины, я уходила когда были мужчины у девушек падали полотенца и все это ужасно неудобно, если идёшь в луш то ты голый у всех на виду. И при этом персонал постоянно говорит "запрещено" поэтому туда и и ходят только нудисты . В нормальных спа можно находится в купальниках
