Cons:

At the last night of my stay I could not get to the room becuase additional room was closed - noone frim stuff was on reception, and didn't pick up phone. Whole night i could not get to my room. Such an attitude is unacceptable if you work at hospitality. I recommend safe your health and not to stay in this hotel

Pros:

Сауна и зона отдыха была прекрасна. Тут и чисто и разнообразие саун, прекрасная зона отдыха.

Cons:

Остановились в этом отеле с дочкой и, к сожалению, остались разочарованы. Цена не соответствует качеству.

Мы заплатили около 90 евро за двухместный номер (со скидкой, обычная цена около 130 евро). При этом в стоимость не входило посещение спа/бани, хотя на сайте отеля заявлено наличие спа — обычно такие услуги включены или хотя бы чётко обозначены заранее.

Сам номер оказался в уставшем состоянии: потолок обшарпанный, общее впечатление — давно без ремонта. Отдельно удивило, что в номере нет полноценного туалета, зато прямо напротив кровати установлена прозрачная стеклянная душевая кабина. Для проживания с ребёнком это было крайне неудобно и некомфортно. При этом в описании было указано, что ванная комната находится в номере, что вводит в заблуждение.

Двери очень тонкие, с заметным зазором — ощущение отсутствия приватности. Слышимость сильная: слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре и соседних номерах.

В целом, номер не оправдывает свою стоимость и ожидания. Рекомендую отелю пересмотреть описание номеров и уровень сервиса.

Best location, best spa for me
Pros:

Sehr sauberes, komfortables Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Für mich die beste Sauna mit den tollstes Aufgüssen ever! Perfekte Lage Nähe hl.n. und Zentrum. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

2 napra alvás céljából kitűnő választás, ár-érték arányban remek választás!

Tisztaság, szuper helyen van a központban.

Cons:

A szobában az ágy katasztrófális állapotban van. Az emeletes ágyaknál a matractartó fa lécek hiányosak, össze-vissza állnak, ha megmoccan valaki nyikorog rettenetesen. A padló több helyen felszakítva, a festés lepattogva. A hűtőben bár ki van írva, hogy ha nincs szobaszám a holmin, kidobják, rohadnak a kaják. Ezt nagyon nézni kéne! Jó lenne ha a halas büdös konzervek nem rohadnának benne.
