La ubicación qué tenía y las vistas eran incredible, el personal fue super amable conmigo

Cons:

Tuve un problema la primera noche con el aire acondicionado, pero si es verdad que me lo resolvieron, me reubicaron en otro dormitorio y la verdad que sin problemas

Pros:

Střešní terasa (s relaxační zónou, bazénem i restaurací) byla úžasná. Každý večer si můžete užít večeři při západu slunce nad pyramidami. A ten pohled je okouzlující.
Personál byl výjimečně přátelský, milý a ochotný. Nikdo od nás sám od sebe nechtěl peníze (bakšíš) - a když jsme jej dali - udělal velkou radost.
Okolí (ulice Gízy) jsou oproti hotelu velkým kontrastem. Odpad, smetí, chaos, ulice jako z apokalypsy - ale nutno říct, že jsou bezpečné a hlídané strážníky. Šli jsme si zajistit datovou SIM kartu do Vodafone (15 minut od hotelu). Vše proběhlo bez problémů.
V okolí hotelu je spousta obchůdků s potravinami i restaurací (např. KFC). Minutu od hotelu je banka Banque Misr, kde lze v otevírací době snadno směnit peníze.
Pokud se chystáte navštívit Pyramidy a GEM, ideální lokalita.

Cons:

V sprchovém koutě hůře odtékala voda. Občas byl skrze potrubí v koupelně také cítit odpad.
Celkově je pokoj spíše průměrný. Nicméně oproti ulicím v Gíze a podmínkám, ve kterých zde lidé běžně žijí, jsou toto jen zanedbatelné maličkosti - a pokoj lze brát jako velmi pěkný.

Insane view!!!
Pros:

We booked this extremely last minute but were not disappointed! We got in extremely late and they were very welcoming. They gave us a welcome drink and offered us food after a long travel day. We got our room and it was massive! The room was clean, had great air con for the heat, it was cleaned everyday even when not requested. They organise our tours for us which were nothing short of incredible and reasonably priced and the view is something that didn’t seem real! We didn’t know it wild be possible to get that close of a view of the pyramids let alone for the price! Food was good and cheap, everyone was so lovely, we met some wonderful staff members who made us laugh. Felt right at home really!

The views of the pyramids were amazing to see every day, Mohammed was also extremely helpful with helping arranging drivers when we needed, the restaurant manager on the evening was also a brilliant hardworking guy!

La ubicación del hotel muy cerca de las piramides de Guiza hace que la estancia sea espectacular. La atención del personal es fantástica, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesites.

Pros:

So close to the pyramids, the view is phenomenal, pool is nice and clean, staff were great and I really loved my room. Hotel transfers were organised for me in both directions and I would 100% stay here if I ever return to Egypt
