Vista che fa emozionare
Pros:

Vista spettacolare sulle piramidi dal Balcone delle colazioni, struttura pulita e silenziosa.

Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Frühstück war überraschend gut und in Kombination mit Blick auf Pyramiden und Sphinx unglaublich.

Cons:

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und leider gab es dann unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer nicht mehr. Die einzige Möglichkeit mit 3 Betten in einem Zimmer war dann ein winziges Dreibettzimmer ... das war ein sehr ungünstiger Start ...

- Lage zu den Pyramiden war sehr gut, nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß (3 Minuten zum Eingang)
- toller View von der Dachterrasse

The bedrooms are fine, the Wifi and the attention.

Cons:

Improve the gym area, the sauna box, the entrance, Maybe the recepcionist area can improve I mean in design, order; because is the first place we look when we arrive.

Pros:

The highlight of this facility is definitely the location. You have a 24/7 majestic view on the pyramids plateau which is priceless

Cons:

The staff was nice but not very careful to cleanness.
The place wasn’t very clean when we arrived - I would recommend to be more attentive to this aspect as the hotel as good potential

Mi hanno dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata, però nel complesso lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e accondiscendente, offrendomi anche una camera in più senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Pros:

Great place to stay. Looks like it’s been freshly refurbished/new but it’s exactly what we paid for. The view of the Giza Pyramids, from the rooftop it absolutely stunning. Breakfast was included and that was an amazing spread. Gates to the Giza Pyramids are right around the corner. Thank you for a great stay.

Rain shower super high up it gets the whole bathroom wet. But otherwise no issues

great location for pyramids - noisy at times & not perfectly clean - nice staff
Pros:

the room was (compared to other rooms we had in egypt so far) spacious which we really liked. we also got a free breakfast and water on the day we checked in while witing for our room to be ready. the staff even offered us a bathroom with shower during our wait time which was very nice.

Cons:

the bathroom was not super clean - the facilities were a little old but it was okay (comparable to other hotels here we would say it is usual cleanliness). there were some ants in the bathroom since you could not totally close the bathroom window - but only a few and it did not bother us a lot. it was pretty noisy in the afternoon and evening - there was loud music and prayers many times with some breaks but maybe we also had bad luck with the location of our room. the laundy service would have been more expensive compared to other hotels which is why we did not use it. the location of the hotel was hard to find since the location on google maps was not correct - for this you need the map of booking.com.

Ausgezeichnete Lage zu den Pyramiden, recht akzeptable Zimmer, gutes Früstück. Rest ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Super Lage an den Pyramiden. Super Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Sphinx und die Paramiden. Frühstück nicht "über drüber", aber regional, frisch und gut. Zimmer zweckmäßig und ausreichend sauber, keine Beschwerden. Balkon zwar auch gegenüberliegende Gebäude, aber gut, einen solchen zu haben.

Cons:

Die allgemeine Pflege der Anlage ist mäßig. Die Zimmer und die Gänge zu den Zimmern bilden hier - mit Ausnahme der Dusche, wo das Wasser echt nur schleichend abfließt - eine Ausnahme. Der Pool sprudelt, aber überaus einladend ist er auch nicht. Der Whrirlpool und die Dusche sind hingegen ein Witz und schmutzig. Daher: Weg mit dem unansehnlichen, lieblos hingestellten aber echt schon ungustiösen Whirpool und Instandsetzen und Reinigen der Dusche, die natürlich unerlässlich ist, wenn man einen Pool hat. Die Teppiche, der "Fitnessraum", die Wände, die Treppen und Beleuchtungen ... leider alles vernachlässigt, herabhängend/herausgerissen, verschmiutzt ... so ehrlich muss und darf man sein. Das Personal ist Männern gegenüber unterschiedlich aufgeschlossen. An der Freundlichkeit (Grüßen, ...) - speziell gegenüber Frauen - sollte gearbeitet werden. Ausgesprochen unfreundlich war man aber nicht, das möchte ich klarstellen. Eine Ausnahme bildet hier die Dame, die an einem der Tage Dienst hatte. Die war sehr auskunftsfreudig, offen, freundlich und nett.
