La vue, sûrement une des meilleures sur le sphinx et les pyramides.

Cons:

Propreté: poussières, toilettes et douches sales
manque d honnêteté des serveurs: bien verifier les additions au resto. On ne sait pas trop ce qui est compris dans la demi pension, un coup on ajoute des taxes, une fois non...

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The property itself is a little older and could benefit from some modernization, but it still has a certain charm.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible view of the pyramids. Waking up for a breakfast and seeing the pyramids right outside the terrace was truly unforgettable and made the whole experience very special.

Another thing worth mentioning is the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming and helpful, which created a very nice atmosphere throughout our stay.

Ps.

Ginger terrace cat needs lot of food.

Pros:

The location is excellent, the beds are really comfortable. The reception staff and the guy who make your scramble eggs in the morning top!

Cons:

WiFi is terrible, so better to buy some GB. The restaurant staff are young people but that's justified the attitude.

La ubicación, las vistas desde la terraza del hotel, realmente increíble.

Cons:

Habíamos contratado media pensión y la cena fue sin opciones, un plato de carne y un entrante de humus, no entraba el postre y, de remate, ¡tampoco entraba el agua en la media pensión, hubo que pagarla! Protestamos en recepción y nos lo devolvieron, pero os recomendamos no avanzar nada a nadie aquí, y mejor cenar en cualquier sitio que queráis y más barato. Rico estaba, eso sí.

I recommend this hotel a lot.
Pros:

This hotel is the closest to the Pyramids. The rooftop view is stunning. The breakfast is very tasty!
All amenities on the rooftop including spa and little gym.

Cons:

The rooms already need some refurbishment.

La vue et l’emplacement au pied des pyramides

Cons:

On nous a changé 2 fois de chambres en 4 jours car j’avais réservé une chambre avec balcon et nous ne l’avons pas eu le premier jour toutes les chambres étaient inondés à chaque douche le pommeau est trop loin du mur et la vitre trop courte !! + j ai pris formules petit déjeuner et dîner !! Aucune boisson de comprise le soir et même pas un dessert juste 1 plat !!!! Pour une demi pension ce n’est pas acceptable et service hyper long alors que le restaurant était quasiment vide .

Traumhaft gelegenes, kleines Hotel bestehend aus einem alten und einem neu renovierten Teil.
Pros:

Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert auf ägyptische Art & Weise. Wir waren in Zimmer 211. Doppelzimmer mit zwei Betten und Balkon. Für uns war es perfekt. Klar, das Badezimmer hat Kleinigkeiten, wie die Duschabtrennung, die verbessert werden können, aber vielleicht besteht dort einfach nicht die Möglichkeit das besser zu machen. Schade ist, dass die neuen Zimmer aufgrund von schlechter Verfugung im Bad und keiner Nutzung von Silikon bereits jetzt schon Wasserschäden an der Wand zeigen, so dass die neue Raumfarbe bereits abblättert.
Die Betten sind bequem, gehen aber eher in Richtung "Fest". Für mich wars perfekt.

Lage: Ich hatte ursprünglich Sorge bezüglich des Lärms aufgrund der Lage. Da lag ich komplett daneben. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Sackgasse. Damit entfällt schonmal der Straßenlärm. Noch dazu liegt der Eingang und die Zimmer nicht direkt an der Sackgasse, sondern zusätzlich noch ein Stück nach hinten versetzt. Heißt also, wir konnten sogar die Fenster über Nacht offen lassen, so ruhig war es. Im Hotel hat man ab und zu den Rezeptionisten sprechen hören, aber ab 23 Uhr war auch Ruhe. In der Hochsaison weiß ich nicht wie es mit Partys in den Nachbarhotels aussieht.

Frühstück ist ägyptisch und gut.

WLAN: Stabiles WLAN ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Ägypten. Eine eSIM mit 1GB kann man online buchen und kostet um die 5 Euro. Warum also den Stress auf sich nehmen und vom WLAN abhängig sein, wenn man für wirklich wenig Geld dann auch außerhalb des wackeligen WLANs Empfang haben kann. Ich hatte im Pyramids Height Hotel zwei Router zur Auswahl. Mit dem ersten hatte ich wackeligen Empfang, beim zweiten war der Empfang stabil im Zimmer. Ich hatte eine eSim, so dass ich auch auf der Dachterrasse und dem Balkon Empfang hatte.

Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist grandios und das Personal war immer freundlich.

Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Ich bin mit dem Gedanken "Wetten, dass wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben" dort hin gereist und so war es dann auch. Nicht schlimm für uns, da das zugewiesene Zimmer schöner war, als das von mir gebuchte. Wer aber sicher gehen möchte, sollte definitiv öfters mit der Rezeption sprechen, ob das gewünschte Zimmer auch wirklich verfügbar ist. Die Zimmerorganisation könnte also noch verbessert werden.

A great Egyptian hotel with an astounding rooftop view . Be careful it is not to western standard.
Pros:

The Hotel is good by Egyptian standards . The rooftop is the best part . The view from the roof top is astounding. The restaurant is ok and family run and breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and service is good. The price is also great and adequate for the Hotel itself.

Cons:

Tv was mostly Middle eastern Arab language . Missing tv set remote for 2 of the 3 days stay . Toilet facilities are outdated , no toilet roll holder, no toilet brush. The driver that was supposed to meet us at the Airport was mora than 2 and half hours late as a consequence we were harassed for all this time by taxi drivers that were trying to poach the ride on a constant basis . The ride to the airport is 40 min . and once arrived we still had to pay 25US$ for the ride.
