Buena ubicación

Cons:

Personal con pésima actitud, caras largas todo el rato, especialmente la persona que prepara el desayuno. Cabe señalar que nos indicaron que estaría listo el desayuno a las 08,00 y recién llegaron con los víveres a esa hora, no alcanzamos a comer nada, ya que teníamos viaje a Arequipa a las 8,30.

Buen lugar para hospedarse antes de un viaje relampago a Arica.
Pros:

El dueño del hotel ha sido nuestro taxista a Arica y era muy amigable y profesional y con mucho conocimiento. La ubicación del hotel cerca el pasaje peatonal y la plaza fue ideal.

Cons:

La señora en el check-in intentó cobrar s/.30 extra con un malisimo cambio de dolares a soles. El precio en booking.com fue más caro que el precio publicado en el hotel. :-(

Que no cierren las puertas de entrada despues de la 18 hrs, El ambiente del hotel se enfria por las temperaturas frescas de las tardes tacneñas. Al menos en estos dias que estuve con mis esposa.
