Pros:

People are cautious and kind.

Cons:

No power, affecting the use of electronic equipment. Improves WiFi on parts, little sign. Lack of sound isolation. I heard the neighbor snoring every night.

Cons:

Hacía mucha calor dentro de las habitaciones, no sentí acogida por el personal, y te quitaban la comida cuando entrabas porque no querían que comieras en la habitación por las ratas

Pros:

I had a private room wirh shared bathroom. I found it to be very good value for money.

The staff was kind and helpful and the common areas a nice as well.

Cons:

The shower is cold and its location in the middle of some construction sites. Walking to town when dark is not comfortable.

Pros:

Such a lovely little place with a beautiful Zanzibar vibe! Cozy corners, good music, delicious food and most importantly, lovely people who make you feel welcome.

It’s one of those places where you can just relax, meet people from all over the world and enjoy the simple island life. So close to the beach and full of good energy.

Definitely a special spot in Paje!

I’d avoid at all costs
Pros:

The only good thing about this place were the staff

Cons:

I came off safari and was expecting a really nice stay based off the reviews but I booked 3 days and left after the second. There is no air conditioning - the fans in the room do nothing and I was sweating in my sleep. The showers are cold and outdoor so when it’s windy the whole shower curtain blows up. I didn’t have bed bugs but another girl did. The mosquito nets had holes in it so bugs got in.

Pros:

Amazing place to stay in, for a solo traveler it was amazing since almost everyone was the same. The free breakfast is great, staff were very friendly and nice, chill music, overall great atmosphere and good experience.

Cons:

The rooms are bungalow, which means you are sleeping in the nature with all what comes with it.

Lovely place
Pros:

Great place to stay. Really convenient location, less than a minute away from the beach and at the same time close to the centre of Paje. Friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was really good as well as all the other options I've tried from the restaurant menu. Also - you get to meet amazing people from all around the world. Would definitely come back again!

Ok, not bad
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit overrated, good but not all that. Liked the location, people I met, mostly.

Cons:

Mosquitoes are a nightmare, particularly in the dark rooms. Being so close to the beach expect to contend with this.
Also the rooms are close together (Woman next door complained of hearing us talk in the night!) and too few shared facilities, only 1 basic washroom for god knows how many rooms. Also, no wifi in the rooms...

Unforgettable
Pros:

The people really made it special. I was solo traveling and in the few days I was there I made a ton of new friends. I love how the kitchen is open all day until 10pm and how breakfast is included. I also love how there is a full service bar on site. It’s also just giving tropical island vibes and is super close to the beach. And the music they play at the bar was amazing too.

Pros:

Ich hatte eine richtig schöne Zeit hier🫶🏽 Die Atmosphäre ist super entspannt und man lernt so easy neue Leute kennen. Ich war alleine dort und habe so viele tolle Menschen getroffen, mit denen man lachen, quatschen und einfach eine gute Zeit haben kann. Alles hat gepasst und die Vibes waren einfach toll. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hostel jedem empfehlen, der Sansibar erleben und coole Leute kennenlernen möchte.

Mir ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Ich hatte eine unglaublich schöne Zeit im Your Zanzibar Place und kann dieses Hostel wirklich von Herzen empfehlen.

Das Hostel liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber man läuft wirklich nicht einmal eine Minute und steht schon an einem traumhaft schönen Strand.

Was meinen Aufenthalt aber besonders gemacht hat, war die tolle Atmosphäre. Der Vibe im Hostel ist einfach mega! Die Bar ist super schön und der perfekte Ort, um den Abend zu genießen und neue Leute kennenzulernen. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts so viele tolle Menschen getroffen! Alle waren unglaublich offen, herzlich und freundlich, sodass man sich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt hat.

Was ich auch richtig toll fand: Das Frühstück ist sogar im Preis inbegriffen! Das ist bei Hostels ja nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich. Und es war auch noch richtig lecker! Es gab frische Früchte und zusätzlich konnte man sich etwas zum Frühstück aussuchen. Einfach perfekt, um in den Tag zu starten.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an das Team, sie haben uns alles gezeigt, uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und waren jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten. Man merkt wirklich, wie viel Herz in diesem Hostel steckt.
Vielen lieben Dank an sie und das gesamte Team für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Sollte ich wieder nach Sansibar kommen, weiß ich jetzt schon, wo ich übernachten werde: natürlich wieder im Your Zanzibar Place :)

Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre, tolle Menschen und unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente suchen
