We spent an unforgettable week at Creta Dream Resort & Spa, and everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived.

The warm welcome, the beautiful surprise in our room, the amazing food, excellent service, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, and daily entertainment made our stay truly special. Every single member of the team—from reception to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping—was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here, and they made it more magical than I could ever have imagined. I will always remember the love, care, and special touches that made this milestone so unforgettable.

What made this hotel truly special was the people. We arrived as guests, but we are leaving feeling that we have made wonderful new friends.

I would recommend Creta Dream Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Crete. This was more than just a hotel stay—it became a beautiful memory that will stay in our hearts forever.

The breakfast is great!!!

Cons:

It was a very disappointing experience.
The hotel has great potential, but the maintenance is in very poor condition.
We were given a room with a strong sewage smell coming from the shower. After two nights, they moved us to another room.
In the new room, it was practically impossible to shower - every five seconds there was a burst of freezing cold water.
After another night, they moved us again, this time to the upgraded area. These were new rooms with a private pool — a completely different experience.
My recommendation: book a room only in the new upgraded section.

Tuvimos vuelo por la noche y nos cedieron, por gentileza, una habitación para quedarnos (hasta la salida dd nuestro vuelo). Muy generosis y amables.

Pros:

The customer service was great such a lovely and helpful staff! The pool and food we ordered for lunch was great. It is 15 mins from downtown chania and we were able to park our rental with no issue each day. There are also lovely beaches nearby. Really enjoyed my stop here on our honeymoon!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht
Pros:

- Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit fabelhafter Aussicht
- Sehr freundliches Personal
- Massagen sind verhältnismässig günstig

Cons:

- Strand in Hotelnähe hat keine Liegen
- Um zu der etwas belebteren Gegend mit Restaurants zu kommen benötigt man ein Auto oder mind. 15 min Fussweg an der Strasse
- Ausser einem kleinen Spielplatz (der komplett in der Sonne ist) und einen Kinderpool ist wenig Angebot für Kinder
- Benutzung des Spas ist sehr teuer (Preise für Massagen waren in Ordnung)
