It was disappointing to find that the room provided glasses but not even a single complimentary bottle of water, not even on the first day. The hotel sells water at roughly four times the price charged outside. We had booked a package that included dinner, yet even at dinner water was not included and guests were expected to pay these excessive prices. In addition, there were no facial tissues in the room at all. Unfortunately, the hotel also has a large number of stairs and no elevator. These may seem like small details, but together they create the impression that the hotel is trying to charge extra for every basic necessity while overlooking guest convenience. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs was quite difficult, inconvenient, and physically exhausting, especially with heavy suitcases. The number of steps made moving between floors cumbersome and significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay. Even something as simple as obtaining fresh towels required climbing the stairs to the reception area, which was neither convenient nor enjoyable. This significantly detracted from what would otherwise have been a very enjoyable stay.

Super spokojne miejsce na odpoczynek
Pros:

Miła obsługa, czyste pokoje, które były codziennie sprzątane wraz z wymianą ręczników kąpielowych. Ręczniki plażowe w cenie pobytu, prywatna plaża, pyszne kolacje.

I liked everything... Beautiful pools... Great hotel... Very clean... The staff were lovely and always helpful... Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the buffet was very sufficient... The pool bar was quick and always served with a smile... The best Mojito drink in all of Santorini😊

Nice hotel complex on the beach
Pros:

Hotel complex is very good overall, location is good, on the beach, stuff and maids are polite and do their job quite well. They can arrange you the transfer to Oia and Fira which is cheaper than taxi (55 euros to Oia and 30 euros to Fira, per way).

Cons:

Food is average, especially in the bar, I did not like it. There should be more fish options for dinner. Beverages have to be paid extra, including water, which is not ok for 4 star hotel.

Comodo per la spiaggia
Pros:

Lo staff squisito e disponibile. Organizzati, professionali e sempre disponibili 24h. Il resort è molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Siamo stati assistiti con i bagagli all’arrivo e alla partenza, inoltre ci è stata offerta una camera per qualche ora in attesa del nostro volo il giorno del check out.

Cons:

Unica pecca è la pulizia del ristorante (dove si fa colazione e cena). Con una bimba piccola siamo abituati a portarci le salviette disinfettanti per pulire seggioloni e simili, ma nemmeno con quelle siamo riusciti a sgrassare tavoli e sedie purtroppo. Il cibo offerto per cena (buffet) era molto elaborato e c’erano poche proposte per chi ama mangiare leggero: anche l’insalata o le verdure grigliate erano sempre condite con salse e condimenti in abbondanza. Per un neonato che deve mangiare in un certo modo non c’era scelta praticamente. La colazione accettabile.

Apsolutno sve,predivan hotel sa fenomenalnim osobljem, šta god Vam treba apsolutno su na raspolaganju od prvog dojma recepcije,restorana,bara,plaže- definitivno preporučujemo.

Hotel parfait!! Très propre , plage privé , bars et restaurants à 3 mns à pieds !
Énormément de petites piscines dans tout l hotel..Ce qui donne l impression de profiter d une piscine privée très souvent c est top!! Je recommande fortement
