It looks like two different hotels in one. The newly renovated part, main building and main pool are really nice. But other parts of the hotel look outdated. We enjoyed all the a la carte restaurants, Corfiot was a blast. Also we liked all the breakfast we had at Elia.
It's a pity that staff do not care about reserved sun loungers. You need to come really early to get one at the main pool. At 9:00 you already find all the sun loungers covered with towels and other stuff and no people. This is a family hotel, so be prepared for lots of noise and chaos all around, but if you come with children it is great that they can find friends easily.
rooms outdated and was not clean - clenaliness issues

La chambre était moderne et très agréable.
Les piscines bien entretenu et l’air de jeux pour enfants ainsi que la piscine pour enfants étaient vraiment un plus. Certains membres du personnel ont étaient ADORABLES 😌 ( notamment Maria la femme de chambre et ses collègues, les jeunes français en stages au self, mais aussi un monsieur grec au restaurant qui a été vraiment adorable avec notre petit garçon !!!) Merci à eux !!!
Les repas dans le self sont souvent les mêmes. C’est un points négatifs quand on recherche à avoir des nouveautés mais aussi un point positif car j’ai remarqués que les denrées étaient réutilisées pour faire d’autres plats et éviter le gaspillage.
Malheureusement avec un bébé en bas âge, nous avons pris le partie de rester au restaurant libre service mais il y a des restaurants sur réservations ou les repas sont sûrement de meilleurs qualités.
Stort och trevligt hotell, perfekt för en lugn vecka med familjen. Barnen älskar mini disco. Finns mat för alla.
Personalen glömde att informera oss om att man behöver boka de olika restaurangerna i förväg. När vi senare skulle gå och äta fick vi veta att det var sista dagen som Corfu-restaurangen hade öppet och att den redan var fullbokad. Det var väldigt synd, eftersom det är hotellets bästa restaurang med Michelinstjärna som man gärna hade velat uppleva.

Главная ценность этого отеля - люди. Персонал очень внимательный и дружелюбный. Особенно поднимал настроение официант Димитриус, который все время пел прекрасные песни на греческом языке. Кухня была неплохой. Постоянно пополняли капсулы для кофейной машины.
Отдыхали 10 дней с семьей в середине октября 2025 года. Возможно нас поселили в какой-то старый корпус, комната не соотвтетсвовала ожиданиям и была более "уставшей" чем на фото в Букинг. Потрепаная сантехника. Номер точно не на пять звезд. За десять дней постельное белье поменяли всего один раз.
У бассейна с утра на лежаках первой линии лежали полотенца более "умных" постояльцев.
Так как у нас был полупансион, на ужин бесплатно полагалась только вода. Воду не разносят в кувшинах, стаканов на столах нет. Какждый раз приходилось ходить за водой к довольно неопрятным кулерам, вокруг которых образовывались лужи. Мы приезжали к середине ужина и какие-то блюда были ууже съедены и не возобновлялись.
В целом отель неплохой. Но это точно не пятизвездочный отель и цена явно завышена. Удручающее впечатление сглаживал приветливый персонал.
Very clean, nice and comfortbale large resort. Good food, free snacks and ice-cream at the lunch time even for half-board customers. Kids appreciated a lot. Very welcoming staff. A lot of activities during the day and in the evening for all ages.
I appreciated and used a small church in the middle of the resort for morning and evening prayer. Great help to stay mindful about your life.
In the end of the season the water in the swimming pools was a little cold. Not heated.
Location was quite hard to reach without a car since we arrived at night. Public transportation options are limited.
