Prachtig hotel met een uitmuntende service!
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, de verschillende restaurants top en het ontbijt zalig! Ook de ligging is uniek, prachtige zonsondergangen en een op en top vakantiegevoel!
The sea and the beach are perfect.
No fresh fish served.
Das Frühstück war überragend in der Auswahl. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist der Hit, vor allem die Mitarbeiter des Melathron Restaurants waren toll. Es werden bestmöglich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Am Strand gibt es super Service, alles ist organisiert und sauber. Es gibt verschiedene Zonen für alle Bedürfnisse. Toll ist auch die erweiterte Anlage um die Villas, die Aussicht oben vom Berg ist grandios. Es ist toll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind funktional und geschmackvoll.
Die Lobby ist auf Kühlschranktemperatur runterreguliert. Unangenehm, ich frage mich, wie man da arbeiten kann. Ein wenig störend war die Klimaanlage mit ihrem Dauergeräusch vor dem Zimmer, nachts wurde sie immerhin leiser und man konnte mit offener Tür schlafen. Das Essen war teils sehr gut, teils aber nicht 5 Sterne Niveau. Viele Desserts einfach zu süß und ungesund. Am schlechtesten fanden wir die Drinks draußen. Zu wässrig und geschmacklos, das war enttäuschend. Sehr viele Kinder vor Ort. Wenn man mehr Ruhe möchte, kann man sich am Strand gut zurückziehen, beim Essen ist das schwieriger.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Eagles Palace. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely cared for. The entire staff is highly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.
Special compliments to the management under the excellent leadership of General Manager Vasileios Kapetanos, the resort is run to perfection. The outstanding organization, warm hospitality, and attention to every detail are evident throughout every aspect of the guest experience.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Elisabeth, who is simply the best. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. She is a real asset to the hotel.
The food was outstanding, and the restaurants are among the best we have experienced, offering exceptional quality, variety, and impeccable service.

La plage privée offre la possibilité de se baigner en toute tranquillité. La piscine est magnifique dans un cadre arboré. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre est splendide. La navette à disposition pour aller au centre d'Ouranoupoli est très appréciable.
La nourriture n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5*. Les ingrédients sont quelconque ou sans saveur. Le dîner de spécialités grecques était insipide et ressemblait à de la nourriture de cantine. L'absence de jus d'orange fraîchement pressé au petit-déjeuner.
Property in nice lication sourronded by trees and everything was close
Tesisin şık dekorasyonu ve görünümü bizi çok etkiledi. Oldukça üst kalitede malzeme kullanımı ve detaylarda gizli konforu konukları hemen etkisi altına alabilecek şıklıkta. Karşılama ve personelin güler yüzü ilk andan göze çarpıyordu.
Odalar, spa alanı, sahildeki imkanlar, yemek alanlarının şıklığı ve yemek kalitesinin hepsinden çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı çok yeterli, çeşitli ve kaliteliydi. İlk yarımadada olması sıkıntı değil. Çünkü hiç bir yere çıkmasanız da olur. Kassandra yarımadasına, Afytos gibi popüler yerlere gitmek isterseniz 1,5 saat yolu göze almanız gerekli. Çok yakındaki küçük sahil kasabaları da hoş atmosferler sunuyor.

Türkiye'den gelenler için İpsala sınır kapısının Yunanistan tarafında özellikle yaz aylarında oluşan uzun kuyruk tatilimizin güzelliğine biraz gölge düşürdü. Keşke daha düzenli bir geçiş olabilse.
We were in a suite with private pool next to the beach and it was great. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were always very polite and helpful.
The beach was full of stones and dry wood. I'm sure something can be done about the cleaning of it all.
You need to make dinner reservation at the restaurants, but they are full, because all the restaurants were with small capacity.

Curățenia în camere putea fi mai bună. Chiar dacă veneau și de 2 ori pe zi, praful nu l-au șters deloc în 5 zile. Pe jos la fel, insuficient.
