the hot water is a major issue as in this part of sri lanka hot water is a must as its cold and the Hot water did not work for us even after we told the team.

Splendido soggiorno a Nuwara Eliya - per farsi coccolare!
Pros:

Struttura incantevole, con giardino all’inglese curatissimo. Si respira una pace e una tranquillità da sogno. Il personale è estremamente disponibile e gentile. La camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa, pulitissima, con una bella finestra con sdraio che dava sul giardino interno, perfetta per leggere. Servizio di colazione e cena squisiti (grazie allo Chef Don Francis!). Raccomandatissimo!

とても良かったです！また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

20時頃のチェックインで遅くなってしまいましたが、食事を作っていただきました。ありがたかったです。どのお料理も美味しかったです。
また温かく迎えていただき、心のこもった対応をしていただきました。連泊したかったです！

Cons:

バスタブがあるといいなぁと思いました。
シャワールームの排水があまり良くなかったです。

Very good hotel with amazing area and attentive staff
Pros:

Our staying was amazing, the room was clean, breakfast was rich and tasty, service was excellent, it was nice to walk inside the area

Cons:

I prefer more options for the dinner’s menu, but it wasn’t a problem

Not value for money in our opinion. Due to the above issues. We kept being told fiffeee te be things.
Pros:

Building looks lovely from the outside.

Cons:

No atmosphere in the hotel, the corridors all echo.
You have no privacy in the bathroom. Wooden blinds in the bathroom that are open & can not be closed. We had to put face towels in the gaps for privacy.
Our bathroom also had an issue with the drains so the smell was terrible.

Cons:

For the price ..the breakfast was poor in terms of options . For Christmas eve dinner , they had just one veg option in the entire buffet, and no alacarte requests were taken .they couldn't even arrange a cake which was requested a day prior to celebrate a special occasion .Big disappointment after experiencing amazing hospitality in other srilankan hotels
