Es ist ein schönes Hotel aber mit einigen Mängeln.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Strand sind super.

Cons:

Das Essen war lauwarm und geschmacklich nicht gut. Der Speiseraum und die Terrasse waren immer überfüllt. Die Kellner arbeiten am Limit.
Die Angestellten vom Spa-Bereich sind sehr aufdringlich und teilweise sehr unfreundlich.

Ez volt a harmadik alkalom ,hogy ebben a hotelben szálltam meg, korábban utazási irodán keresztül, most saját magam foglaltam. A hotel kényelmes, kiválóan szervezett, a személyzet imádnivaló, remek ételek, italok és a tengerpart közelsége....

Cons:

A saját strandon már nem lehetett késő délelőtt szabad nyugágyat találni.

Feels like a vacation factory
Pros:

Resort hotel located few steps away from Stalida public beach. The facilities are somewhat newly renovated, rooms are spacious and minimalistic at the same time. The breakfast offers a variety of western and local dishes, but be aware of the rush in the mornings - it feels like a vacation factory.

Cons:

The pools are crowded, poolside cocktails are served in paper cups, which is good for the recycling, but not incremental to the experience. If you have a all inclusive package, then eating at the buffee is financially logical, but there are so many better places on the main street to try out.

- They go as "all inclusive" but also charge you for 90% of all alcoholic drinks in the menu. Only a handful of cocktails are free.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The buffet offered a lot of variety with good quality. The location of the bedroom was great with direct view to the beach and close to the main facilities. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the chance to have some relaxing holidays.

Cons:

The bathroom design and layout from the Junior Suite didn’t match the pictures on Booking.com, it had actually the layout of the bathroom in the standard room. Due to the poor tightness of the door facing the garden, we had some issues with ants, which the staff tried to address everyday by using repellent sprays. For the ones traveling with small kids, it would be great if the pool bar would offer fruit and yoghurts as a healthy complement to the rest.

Pros:

the staff was super mega friendly. They helped us almost immediately and did their best. Room and hotel area were always clean, amazing sandy beaches around the hotel (including the nearest one).
Very cool animator in the kids club.

Cons:

there is no kids menu, it would be great to have at least different types of pasta with tomato sauce/bolognese on regular bases. Also no kids sink in the restaurant toilet.
All kids club facilities are not suitable for kids older then 2.5 yo (except swimming pool). Thy are mostly for younger kids.
Water can be taken take away from bars in bottles. IT means by the end of the day all trash cans are full of plastic.
IT was annoying when we were asked every time "what's the room number?" when we visited restaurant. Don't understand why do they do it?

Pros:

Incredible staff, from the doorman to the general manager Mr Zaharias, we were astonished by the professionalism and genuine pleasantness of all the people working at this lovely hotel! I liked their genuine joy when greeting people
Our room was really comfortable and clean! Food was excellent
