Neașteptat de dezamăgitor!

Doar răspunsul personalului la probleme dar tot în favoarea lor!

Cons:

Am fost cazat la acest hotel și, din păcate, experiența mea a fost profund dezamăgitoare încă din momentul sosirii. Am fost repartizați într-o clădire anexă, ceea ce presupunea să ieșim afară pentru a ajunge la micul dejun sau la spa. Acest aspect nu ne-a fost prezentat clar la rezervare și a creat un disconfort evident.

Dimineața, la micul dejun, deoarece nu mai erau locuri disponibile în restaurantul principal, am fost direcționați către restaurantul „Forest”, situat la subsol, unde se improvizase o zonă pentru servirea mesei. Din păcate, condițiile au fost inacceptabile: pe mese era păr, iar în mâncare am găsit păr. În plus, am observat bucătăria, iar zona de acces era într-o stare de murdărie greu de descris. Ulterior, am văzut ospătari transportând jambonul sub braț, lucru total lipsit de igienă și profesionalism.

Am dorit să renunțăm la cea de-a doua noapte de cazare, însă acest lucru nu a fost posibil, invocându-se faptul că birourile nu funcționează în acel moment. Ni s-a oferit ulterior o cameră în clădirea principală a hotelului, însă, deși era mai spațioasă, era vizibil mai murdară decât prima cameră (care fusese recent renovată și era curată). Soluția propusă nu a rezolvat problema, ci doar a mutat-o.

Experiența la spa a fost, la rândul ei, sub așteptări. Nu consider că o piscină de dimensiuni mari este suficientă pentru a defini un spa. Sauna umedă avea depuneri de murdărie și mâl pe jos și pe margini, aspect extrem de îngrijorător din punct de vedere al igienei.

Prețul de aproximativ 850 lei pe noapte este complet nejustificat pentru serviciile oferite, care, în opinia mea, nu depășesc nivelul unui hotel de 3 stele. Nu poți solicita tarife premium și să oferi condiții mediocre. Faptul că locația este într-o stațiune exclusivistă nu poate compensa lipsa standardelor de igienă și organizare.

În concluzie, raportul calitate-preț este extrem de slab, iar experiența a fost mult sub așteptări.

Amazing hotel in a very beautiful place
Pros:

Amazing hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, fantastic restaurant, fully equipped gym. The location is great for skiing, visiting castles in the area and Brasov, but better to have a car.

Cons:

Maybe gym was a bit difficult to find and too hot inside, otherwise nothing to complain about.

We liked everything about the hotel.
The shuttle to the ski slopes arrives every 10 min. It's great service!
We rented the ski equipment and ski instructor there as well. The people are very nice.
The swimming pool is big and nice.
the room had a great panoramic view of the mountain. It was nicely designed and beautiful.

Room was very cozy, and the fireplace added a special atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature and is just a 10 minute walk from the ski station, which is very convenient.

Cons:

It is a very large hotel, so you should not expect a personal touch. There are many guests, including families with children. The pool and jacuzzi can be overcrowded, and sometimes there is no available space. You need to ask for pool towels each time. For spa treatments or dinner, I would recommend going to Brașov, as the options there are much better. The restaurant was disappointing. The food was not very tasty, the duck was dry, and the prices felt high for the quality. The restaurant was overcrowded, and the service was not attentive.

Cons:

Multe zone din interior și mai ales în exterior care arată groaznic ! Mizerie , pereți degradați , gunoaie , resturi din demolări ….un aspect dezolant care nu are nici o legătură cu cele 4 stele ale resortului . Din păcate ..este a doua oara în ultimii 3-4 ani când revin la Alpin și lucrurile
Sunt neschimbate! Restaurantul Forest ….de nedescris! Zona spa …învechită !
