La posizione, la vista meravigliosa sul mare e la spiaggia

Cons:

Troppi gradini e scalinate , con una bambina di 2 anni in braccio e’ stato davvero faticoso ripercorrere ogni giorno più volte al giorno tutti quei gradini per arrivare in camera o per uscire . E un’altra nota negativa riguarda il ristorante per la cena , si mangia bene ma il servizio non è all’altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle : cameriere lente, sbagliavano spesso gli ordini, un po di confusione generale .

Piękne widoki, pyszne śniadania. Duże udogodnienie to transfer do centrum.

Cons:

Natychmiast do zmiany kwestia rezerwacji leżaków na basenie ! Ludzie o świcie kładli ręczniki na leżakach, które przez pół dnia były nie zajmowane. Ani razu nie udało nam się położyć przy basenie ! Tej klasy hotel nie powinien zezwalać na tak prymitywne praktyki. Kort tenisowy niestety nie nadaje się do gry. Wykładzina odkleja się i faluje. Nie licz na grę. Bardzo słaby kucharz w restauracji na kolację. Menu niby fajnie wygląda, ale każde danie było słabej jakości. Nie polecam opcji HB.
Był to mój trzeci raz w tym hotelu i nie wiem, czy wrócę kolejny raz.

Wonderful stay, with a few areas for improvement

* Beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere and stunning views.
* We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was wonderful.
* Great staff – everyone was extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming.
* Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

* The private pool was quite cold, which made it difficult to fully enjoy.
* The gym was below the standard we expected from a hotel of this level. There were few pieces of equipment, the floor was wet on several occasions, and we constantly had to ask for towels and water.
* The bathroom door in our room did not close properly. We reported it twice and asked for it to be fixed, but unfortunately it was never resolved during our stay.

Bello ma non tornerei
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e ha un panorama stupendo. Il servizio navetta per il centro è molto utile.

Cons:

Ci sono molte scale anche se ci sono due ascensori ma comunque si fanno tante scale.
Il personale non è sempre molto gentile ed accogliente. Sono poco accoglienti e poco servizievoli.
