The outdoor area with the beach, bar, the little village feeling, the ambience… it was wonderful. The beach is amazing, transparent and calm. Warm even in october. There was also a wedding so it added to the experience. They have an in house doctor which was helpful when our baby was sick.
Our room was quite old, and also a bit warm/humid. They did upgrade us which was super nice but still we were in the older part.
We liked the beaches, the breakfast, the boat hire facilities, the spa and the rooms.
Not providing water with dinner.
Das Hotel ist an einer sehr schönen Bucht gelegen, die Außenanlagen/Garten ist außergewöhnlich schön. Es werden viele Aktivitäten angeboten, wie Paddel und Tennis und Wassersport.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war laut - gegenüber Personalraum und Aufzug, die Türen isolieren nicht. Wir konnten keinen Tisch im a la card - Restaurant reservieren, da immer ausgebucht. Im Buffet-Raum hat es uns nicht besonderes gefallen. Es gibt aber in der Nähe nette Restaurants.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming.. the facilities were excellent and just an all round great experience. Shout out to the lovely lady who looked after our tables at breakfast.. she was so friendly and helpful.. didn’t get her name but I’m sure she’s well known for her great personality!
The location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the food was generally fresh and varied. Check-in was also quick and efficient.
Nowhere near a five-star standard. The facilities are poorly maintained, with peeling paint in the children’s pool, stained towels, torn beach towels, and an outdated, dirty gym. Our room was not cleaned on the second day until we asked.
The Superior Beachside Bungalow had very little privacy and no proper soundproofing. Felt much closer to a three-star property.

Das tägliche Frottierwäsche Wechseln ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss, umweltfreundlich. Irgendwie funktioniert dies (noch) nicht. Ebenso letztes Jahr in Elounda Beach. Überlegen Sie sich, wie dies anders, besser geregelt werden kann. Es ist uns bewusst, dass sehr feuchte Froste nicht zusammengelegt wird und wieder platziert wird. Aber trockene Tücher vom Balkon, sollten doch weiter benutzt werden können.
Bei Vollbesetzung des Hotels sind zu wenig Sonnenschirme fix installiert. Die Olivenbäume helfen da nicht jedem.E
Beim Wässern des Rasens sollen die Matten/Matratzen nicht nass gemacht werden!

Beautiful, not too crowded, beach is close to the pools and hotel. There is a grass area. Plenty of open room for kids to enjoy without being a hotel “for kids”. Clean and has a wonderful and friendly staff.
The didn’t area is a little difficult to access for elderly or with stroller. You have to go around or take a club car, which is fine. Food is ok +. In the restaurants within the area the food is wonderful, but it’s not included, of course.

La restauration snack du bar de plage .. pas à la hauteur de l’établissement.. snack n’est pas forcément mauvais
Otel genel olarak beklentimin çok üzerindeydi. Çalışanları çok güleryüzlü. Yemekler çok lezzetli. Plajları ve denizi kusursuz. Havuzlu odanın da tatilimizin keyifli geçmesinde etkisi çoktu.
Beğenmediğim hiçbir yönü yok, sadece yiyecek ve içecekler Yunan adaları standartlarına göre pahalıydı. Bir de kids club’ı 5 gün boyunca bulamadık :)
