6 giorni indimenticabili!
Siamo rimasti affascinati da tutto: la struttura è bellissima e immersa in un panorama da cartolina che non ci stancheremo mai di ricordare.
Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, colazione ricca e genuina e cene davvero ottime, preparate con grande attenzione.
Ma quello che porteremo nel cuore è l'accoglienza. Uno staff meraviglioso, sempre attento e pronto a farti sorridere.
Un grazie di cuore a Giorgia e Georg, due persone splendide che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.
Grazie di tutto, speriamo di rivederci presto!

The most significant advantage of this hotel is its exceptional location - on a small hill, right next to the sea. A fantastic view from a height, almost 180 degrees, justifies the name of the hotel - Panorama.

Very kind and professional staff at the reception; many thanks to Mrs. Georgia, the manager.

The breakfast was relatively OK, but too many sweet or sweetened, quite unhealthy things... Even porridge was sweetened/sugary... Cheese pie was sweetened with sugar... This might be easily improved - just remove sugar... who wants sugar, may easily add honey ...

מהרגע שהגענו הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו מכל הלב. כל אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מחייכים ותמיד שמחו לעזור, וכל בקשה שלנו נענתה במהירות ובחיוך.
המלון עצמו מטופח מאוד, החדרים נקיים ומרווחים, ישנו בדירות החדשות והיה מושלם. בריכת האינפיניטי עם הנוף למפרץ היא ללא ספק אחד המקומות היפים ביותר לשבת בהם בשקיעה.
לאורך כל השהות פינקו אותנו בהפתעות קטנות שגרמו לנו להרגיש מיוחדות והראו כמה חשוב להם שהאורחים ייהנו באמת מהחופשה.
גם המיקום מצוין יש תחנת אוטובוס ממש ליד המלון, וממנה אפשר להגיע בקלות לעיר העתיקה ולנמל של חאניה., לבאלוס, לוטרו.
אבל יותר מכל, מה שניקח איתנו הוא היחס האנושי. בתקופה שבה לא תמיד קל לטייל כישראלים, הרגשנו רצויים, בטוחים ומתקבלים באהבה. זה לא דבר שמובן מאליו, ואנחנו מעריכים את זה מאוד.
תודה גדולה לכל צוות Leptos Panorama על אירוח יוצא דופן. אין ספק שאם נחזור לכרתים נחזור גם אליכם.

There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude for the unforgettable stay we had at Leptos Panorama Hotel
Thank you to the entire team, especially Georgi and Costa at reception and, above all, Georgia, our incredible Guest Relations Manager. She truly became our hotel mom, caring for us with endless warmth and attention throughout our stay.
As Israelis and Jews, feeling so safe, welcome, and genuinely cared for meant the world to us. Being greeted with big smiles immediately made us feel at home.
Before we even arrived, the hotel had already planned to upgrade us from a standard room to a stunning, spacious big suite with a bedroom, living room, kitchen,
bathroom, and two balconies, one with breathtaking sea and sunset views
Georgia seemed to read our minds, always knowing exactly what we needed. Her kindness was extraordinary, and the surprises never stopped: baklava and a complimentary bottle of vodka on arrival, a free dinner despite our bed & breakfast booking, lunch boxes for the excellent boat trip we booked through the hotel, a bottle of white wine with fresh fruit the next day, and a farewell gift bag with local olive oil, natural soap, and herbal tea.
Every day, Georgia and the reception team checked on us, shared wonderful recommendations
The hotel is beautiful, the infinity pool and views are spectacular, the food is varied and delicious, and Bus 21 takes you directly to Chania's Old Town, the market, and the Venetian Harbor in about 20 minutes
We wholeheartedly recommend !

Hotellet ligger i et rolig område, noe vi likte svært godt. Hotellet er rent, rommet vårt hadde en nydelig utsikt over havet, og buffeten inneholdt en rik variasjon av nydelig mat. Vi hadde faktisk ikke behov for å spise utenfor hotellet én eneste gang! :) Men det vi likte aller best ved Leptos Panorama Hotel var hvor velkomne personalet fikk oss til å føle oss! Alle som jobber her er varme og ønsker genuint å yte god service. Vi følte oss virkelig som hjemme!

everything was perfect

Excellent location if you want some peace and quiet without feeling isolated. It's far enough from the busy tourist areas to enjoy a relaxing stay, but close enough to easily visit the beaches during the day and head into the city for restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the evening.

Lokalita byla nadherna. Pani Georgia z recepce byla uzasna, velice ochotna a napomocna ve vsech aspektech. Zasluhuje si
od nas velke podekovani. Jeji profesionalni a pratelsky pristup nam pobyt v hotelu zprijemnil.

We had a wonderful stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the Chania area.

The highlight of our stay was the customer service. Georgia and the entire team were outstanding throughout our holiday. Everyone was friendly, approachable, professional, and genuinely happy to help. What impressed us most was their attention to detail—they consistently made sure everything was taken care of and always greeted us with a smile. The level of service truly felt like five-star hospitality.

The hotel enjoys a beautiful location with panoramic sea views, and the sunsets from the terrace are spectacular. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day.

The food was another strong point. There was a wide variety of dishes at every meal, including plenty of fresh and healthy options, traditional Greek cuisine, and international choices. The quality and selection meant there was always something to enjoy.

The hotel is also very convenient. There is plenty of parking, which makes exploring western Crete by car very easy. A small private beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and other beaches, shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Overall, Leptos Panorama Hotel combines excellent service, beautiful views, good food, and a convenient location. Our thanks go to Georgia and the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They made our stay especially enjoyable, and we would be happy to return.

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. La habitación amplia, limpia, tranquila. El desayuno increíble, para todos los gustos, los camareros amables. La piscina muy limpia. La manager Georgia fue súper atenta desde el minuto uno. Una mujer simpática, detallista y muy muy amable. La Shara"s Lady quedó fascinada en todos los aspectos. Y cerca de la playa

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the personal approach from the staff - they made us feel valued and at home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a relaxing stay.

C’est la seconde fois que nous séjournons à l’hôtel Leptos Panorama et nous y retournerons à coup sûr ! L’emplacement proche de La Canée est idéal et le site de l’hôtel surplombant la mer est splendide. Les couchers de soleil sur l’île de Thodorou sont inoubliables ! Tout est pensé pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Les choix du restaurant évoluent tous les jours, et les produits sont de grande qualité. Toute l’équipe du Leptos est extraordinaire de gentillesse et d’attention... On y va pour découvrir la Crête et on y fait de très belles rencontres ! Un très grand merci spécial à Georgia, à Lambros, à Betty et à Igor. Enfin on trouve au Leptos des bonnes vibrations…À l’année prochaine !!
