Das stele ich mir unter einme perfekten Aufenthalt vor.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist ausgezeichnet zum Enspannen. Wundschöne Anlage, aussergewöhlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnete Restaurants, schöner Strand, kristallklares Wasser - alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies.
Pros:

Eine unglaublich tolle Anlage! Und das Personal ist durchgehend exzellent. Alles sehr gepflegt, egal, in welchem Restaurant wir waren, Essen war sehr gut. ebenso das Frühstücksangebot. Toll war das Upgrade, der Bungalow direkt am Wasser -ein Traum. Wir haben in der kurzen Zeit nicht alles ausprobieren können und müssen unbedingt wiederkommen.!

היה כיף.
Pros:

מקום יפה ומטופח, חוף ים יפה. ניקו את החדר פעמיים ביום למרות שבמרפסת לא נגעו. ארוחת בוקר טובה. נתנו יציאה מאוחרת עד השעה 15:00 ללא תשלום נוסף. מסעדות טובות וכיפיות במלון.

Cons:

הזמנתי 2 חדרים ועדיין לא קיבלנו אותם יחד מה שאכזב.

A disgrace of a hotel.
Pros:

Location is good. Hotel is an old fossile not refurbished.

Cons:

The services are shockingly poor. Cleanliness is virtually nonexistent. I booked a room at an absurd price — over €1500 per night — only to find it filthy, neglected, and in a deplorable state. Service is excruciatingly slow, the staff are unfriendly to the point of hostility, and the restaurant serves disgusting food at **triple the price** of anywhere else.

At breakfast, I was literally served *moldy pudding*. And this so-called “5-star luxury hotel” was incapable of doing anything about it. Management just shrugged and mumbled apologies, as if that could fix such an outrageous failure.

Horrible, truly horrible. Never, ever again.

Lovely stay, nearly all positive, have already reserved a longer stay next year.
Pros:

The super friendly staff especially at check-in.
The breakfasts were delicious and with a huge range of yummy food.
The large plot with tennis, volleyball and lots of facilities all complimentary.
Everything is clean, well maintained and beautiful.
The wonderful sea views.

Cons:

The lack of a proper shower in the bungalow.
The strange rules around sun bed allocation, meaning you never get a sea front bed, even if you’re there first.
The rather grumpy tennis coaching staff - completely out of sync with the Elounda Beach culture.
