We stayed at the hotel for a week...
It's true that the hotel wasn't built a year ago, but who cares when the service at the hotel is at a very high level... Starting with Leonora in Guest Relations who made sure to fulfill our every request at any time. And when we return to Corfu and we will definitely return to the Corfu Holiday Palace hotel... It's mainly thanks to Leonora who made sure that our stay would be more than wonderful... And continuing with Spyros and the staff in the dining room who are of a very high standard with a rich and delicious variety... (and we in Israel know what a good breakfast is)... And what can I say about the location of the hotel and the view from it, and ending with a private beach with a bar, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge... I recommend a room with a shared pool. Excellent for a couple with 2 adults (there is a separation between the parents' room and the children's bed area)

Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of our time in Corfu. In my view, the hotel enjoys one of the very best locations on the island, with breathtaking views over the sea and the famous Mouse Island. Its proximity to the airport is actually part of the experience: watching the planes take off and land from such a spectacular setting is absolutely fascinating and something quite unique.

The hotel itself is a historic and iconic property, with a wonderful atmosphere and a sense of glamour that reflects its long history of welcoming famous guests and serving as a setting for films. The entire complex has the feeling of a genuine five-star resort.

There is so much to enjoy without even leaving the hotel. The seawater swimming pool is fantastic, while the beautiful beach, easily accessible from the hotel, is another major advantage. The sea was wonderfully calm during our stay, making it an ideal place to relax and swim. The tennis courts are excellent for those who enjoy sports.

The dining and entertainment options also deserve special mention. Different themed dining evenings are organised throughout the week, adding variety to every day of your stay, while the famous café-bar regularly hosts live music and other events. The Veranda Restaurant is simply outstanding: delicious food, excellent service and an unforgettable panoramic view over the sea, Mouse Island and the airport.

Above all, however, what made our stay particularly memorable was the staff. Every member of staff we encountered, in every part of the hotel, was exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming. They were always smiling, attentive and genuinely willing to help. This level of service makes a tremendous difference and is exactly what you expect from a true five-star hotel.

It has been many years since I experienced such a well-organised, elegant and complete luxury hotel.

Très correct mais pas à ce prix là
Pros:

Nous étions en bungalow, c'était très spacieux, la literie confortable. L'endroit est globalement très agréable (piscine, plage, jardin). Pratique d'avoir le bus juste en bas pour se rendre en ville. Personnel sympathique (même si peu réactif).

Cons:

Je suis étonnée qu'il n'y ait pas plus de commentaires concernant la proximité (immédiate) avec la piste de décollage et d'atterrissage de l'aéroport, qui génère une nuisance sonore importante régulière même fenêtre fermée. C'est vraiment dommage car la vue est magnifique mais gâchée par les avions (ça fait le spectacle au début mais au bout de 2 jours, c'est fatiguant). Le rapport qualité prix est décevant, l'hôtel se fait vieillot, le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas 5 étoiles non plus.

It was a nice experience however I wouldn’t prefer to come again.
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel was the beach lift. It was a real comfort. The stuff of the bars at the lobby, poolside,seaside and the spa were very kind. Especially thankful for that 🙏🏻

Cons:

The close location of the hotel with the airport was a problem, the noise of the planes were hard to bear if you don’t close your window. The flush was broken all the time, we didn’t ask for a fix but the cleaning stuff were also quiet about that problem. The last thing was the Kukutsi restaurant. The manager and the stuff was confused about the orders, were unattentive even there were not many customers inside.

מלון מצויין שהניקוד בבוקינג לא משקף כמה הוא טוב!

מיקום מצויין, קרוב לעיר ולשדה התעופה. שהינו במלון 7 לילות, אהבנו את החדרים הגדולים והמרווחים. קיבלנו סוויטה עם שני חדרים ענקיים ככה שהיה סופר נוח עם 3 בני נוער. החוף של המלון יפייפה, מים חמים ומעלית מיוחדת שמוסיפה לאווירה. ממליצה לכל מי שמתלבט, הקרבה לעיר העתיקה ולשדה התעופה והיציאה הנוחה לשאר המקומות באי, מצוינת.

Cons:

ארוחת הערב לא הייתה טעימה, לא היו הרבה אופציות לצמחונים שבנינו ופשוט לא היה טעים.
אפשר לחדש את הלובי ואת השטיחים בקומות קצת מיושן אבל לא ממש הפריע לחוויה שהיתה מצוינת.
