The hotel is part of a 8-9 different apartment/hotels in the area. The check-in hotel was different hotel to the one we actually stayed.
There was email communications before we arrived informing the check-in process (however we didn't read the details) hence we still went to the check-in counter and bypassed the 'quick check-in' option available. Totally our own fault.
The room was exactly per the photos, very clean and warm. We loved the balcony which was super neat.
The double bathrooms (for the 2 bedroom apt) we stayed was the winner as most 2 bedroom apartments we stayed in Iceland only have 1 bathroom.
Would highly recommend this place for anyone interested.
Beautiful hotel and with a lot of amenities that makes it family friendly.
The balcony offered views of the ocean. It was within walking distance of restaurants, stores & bus stops. I opted for the breakfast. It was delivered to my suite & put in the refrigerator the afternoon before. Plus, fresh baked sourdough bread was delivered every morning. The staff was excellent.
Amazing location at very center downtown area. Easy walkable to famous sightviewing area.

This was a great hotel. The front staff were amazing. The room was perfect. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and grocery. We cooked most nights to save money and had everything we needed. The morning breakfast basket was excellent.
Bathrooms had no place for personnel toiletries
Horrible experience with the front desk staff. Rooms TV didn’t work for the entire duration and they kept ignoring it. It’s very noisy and you can’t sleep as the bars and restaurants around it are open till very late. Parking situation is also bad!
Hotel do not have parking
Excellent every which way, I stayed in Prime ministers residence. Only slight negative was that had a hard time finding the front reception building, and that this building didn’t have an elevator.
Property was in a great location with nice in room amenities!
Very clean and very comfortable beds which were appreciated after a long day. Very walkable to bus stops, and shops. Door access through app was tricky to figure out at first, but easy to adapt. One negative, another unit set off the fire alarm cooking bacon and the alarm rang in every unit.
The building assigned to us is in the center of the city. The apartment is very clean. The beddings were comfy and well arranged.
Room was in a separate building than the main check in lobby so we had to walk an extra 5 minutes in the rain to our room. Other than that, excellent location and amenities. Nice having a small kitchenette and coffee, cereal/milk provided. Close to everything!

Very clean and great location.
A quiet refuge from busy sightseeing days. So clean and comfortable with the necessary amenities to make simple meals. Great location. Parking is always a challenge but never had to park too far away from our apartment. Touristy shopping district is very close- tours, rental clothes, food market, all a few minutes walk away.
