Pros:

Pros:

Traumhafte Lage, Zimmer hat gut nach ätherischen Ölen gerochen, sehr stylisch, viel selbstgemacht mit Liebe zum Detail. Tolle Anlage!!!

Cons:

Die Dusche mitten im Raum... wenigstens ein Vorhang wäre gut.
Für mich waren die Betten zu weich.

The location and accomodation is nice.

Cons:

We booked the accomodation at the date of arrival at 8 pm through Booking.com. The booking got confirmed and paid, nevertheless we couldn't find any check-in instructions.

We arrived at around 11 pm at the place and were not able to get inside. Due to this, we had to sleep inside our car while it was nearly freezing outside. Our vacation was very negatively influenced.

Next day, the reception personal called us (Philipp) and apologized - they offered return payment for the one night and 15% discount for the other two days (+ two beers and two wines) upon which provided feedback that it is not good enough. The personal mentioned to discuss it with manager, however never reached back.

It has been 3 weeks and they still owes us money at least for the first night. Seems like they want us to forget over time.

IF any of the employee is reading this, go ahead and reach out to me to figure this out.

Pros:

Mooie kamer, luxe uitstraling en een heel mooi uitzicht! Ook erg hygiënisch. Personeel was erg vriendelijk aan de telefoon met informatie over het inchecken.

Cons:

Bed was niet comfortabel, voornamelijk door de te kleine kussens.
Ook jammer dat je niet de thermostaat op de kamer kan bedienen. We hadden het echt heel warm en sliepen door alles bij elkaar vrijwel niet. Terwijl we juist een slaapplekje nodig hadden voor onderweg.
