Pros:

Clean I like the place also you need to walk to mid of the town 7-10 min. No supermarket is near by. I like the kitchen. Thx for some coffees powder and salt. AC is good

Cons:

Not flexible. Also if rooms are not booked after checkout they don’t allow you to stay in the room. You need to put the lag gages in kitchen not secure. One of the pillowcases was full of mold and the water The water from the tap was very poor; very little water came out. Washing took two or three times as long. And the toilet seat was so worn and broken. I took fotos unfortunately I deleted it. The rooms don’t have good dark curtains. After 6:30 it is very bright

I would stay here again, I had a positive experience.
Pros:

The location of this property was amazing! Right in Getsemani, perfect to walk into the party but quiet enough to rest. Nothing fancy but it definitely has what you would need for a short stay. The AC worked good. We stayed here for 5 days and we were comfortable. The room is small but I did not have an issue with that. The stove worked well, the fridge worked well.

Cons:

They do not provide toiletries. The kitchen has little ants and occasional bugs because it is outside and is not completely closed so it is hard to keep them away. However the utensils are kept clean.

Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena, estaba cerca del centro por lo que nos movíamos andando a todos sitios. Además el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y era muy necesario ya que fuera hacia mucho calor y cuando lo apagábamos notábamos mucho el calor.

Cons:

Cada vez que nos duchábamos se mojaba toda la habitación porque la puerta era corredera y se colaba el agua de la ducha en los railes y pasaba el agua del baño a la habitación (evidentemente el baño también se mojaba entero). Esto podría solucionarse poniendo una fregona en la habitación, pero no había tampoco. Además, el baño tenía mal olor, probablemente por la humedad acumulada.

En la ducha no hay agua caliente.

Se oía todo ruido que hubiese fuera de la habitación. El ruido de la calle no se oía, pero el del pasillo de la casa si.

También tuvimos un inconveniente con el acceso, ya que la puerta funcionaba con código y no se abría. Intentamos contactar con el anfitrión, pero no obtuvimos respuesta, y finalmente otra persona que se alojaba allí nos ayudó a entrar.
