Super, definitely recommend.
Pros:

This was a great stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and lift to mountain.
We were given breakfast in a bag as we were leaving early morning, very nice of the owners.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could be a little bit better, but it did not hinder anything.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Close to two lifts and buses , app 150 meters on foot but you can literally ski
right from hotel down to gondolas if you don't mind a bit of off road ride. 10-15 minutes walking distance to town centre and restaurants. Regardless approximate to lift infrastructure very quite neighbour. Comfy and warm room. Nice breakfast with the best soft boiled eggs we had for a long time. Place to store skies and to dry and warm boots ( we been in many places, but never had warmer ski boots in the morning).

incredible value for money
Pros:

a brilliant location. easy to get to by train from Innsbruck. can ski in and out from the door and superbly situated between Ski Welt and Kitzbuhl.

the family are wonderful and very helpful. breakfast was great and the room was clean and tidy.

a lovely place and highly recommended

Cons:

there aren’t many restaurants in Brixen itself - which isn’t the fault of the property!

Perfect holiday-location for wintersports and hiking
Pros:

Breakfast is very nice, well organised, clean and the host was continuesly refreshing food/drinks. Room was very clean, location is perfect and surrounding nature is beautiful. Lots of hiking-possibilities. For those who want to ski: ski-elevators are just 5 minutes walking away from the hotel. Semi indoor-parking is very good and one can offload the car in front of the hotel. There is a fridge for everyone to use on the first floor: clean and big enough. Our host who checked us out was very correct: we didn't use the breakfast-option for the day we left so we didn't have to pay for it. Hotel has a traditional look, both inside and outside.

Cons:

We came by car from the Netherlands (which can be quite a journey with traffic and so on) and we phoned around 19.00 in the evening to inform our host we were to come later. She reacted not so correctly as we phoned her in a polite way on time, just to inform her about our time of arrival and delay. More than just one time she informed us (also when we arrived) that she is used to go to bed around 21.30.
