Charm and closeness to the beach
Pros:

Location close to Praia grande and main street, charm of decoration, clean, nice balcony, automated system to get in.

Cons:

There is a bad smell that comes from the toilet or bathroom sink. They should look into that. Or put some fragancies in the room. At least for our arrival. First impression was a bad smelly one, and it comes and goes. The stair that brings us to the room is in caracol and very narrow: a big person will not pass through (be aware of that).
