Pros:

Perto de tudo : do lado do Morro da Guia (vista fantástica da cidade), lanchonetes, mercado, praia, ônibus pra Búzios/Arraial do Cabo na esquina, rodoviária, rua dos biquinis, comércio do centro.
Tudo limpo e organizado !!
