Awful! Rude owner! No parking! Watch out!

Staff is rude, husbank was shouting at me on the phone because I called at 7.30 in the morning saying they need to shovel to be able to exit the parking. Broken window they fixed unprofessionally so it doesnt leak snow and water, dirty toilet, noise outside my room the owner come and talk and they keep light on that enters my room. No respect, when you send them a message here they lie and answer everhthing perfectly to look professional! I had to shovel snow myself with th3 help of another room tenant as we were stuck in the driveway! They came late and instead of letting a professional remove snow with blower, owner and her husband started shoveling ineffectively. I was 1 hour late to the university. I came because it was cheap but looks like not worth it at all.

Bel hébergement calme et propre
Pros:

Merci beaucoup à Dorothy qui a su être à mon écoute, elle a su m'apporter du bonheur durant ce séjour :) Le lit est super confortable, avoir une salle de bain à soi est vraiment un plus ! Et j'ai trouvé cela très pratique d'avoir un peu d'équipement de cuisine dans la chamnre (en plus d'avoir accès a la cuisine), par exemple pour me faire un thé le soir. Si je dois revenir à Kingston, je voudrais revenir chez elle :)

Cons:

Je ne vois rien à améliorer! Le lieu est très calme et propre.

All in all, I would rent the suite again, but next time I’d ask more questions or hope for clearer information about sha

The location was fantastic—very easy to get to downtown. Parking was great, and the suite was easy to find. I especially appreciated having a private bathroom within the suite. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!”

Cons:

However, we didn’t realize that we could have accessed the shared living area and kitchen. It wasn’t clear what was available for us to use, especially since the space was rented out to multiple guests. It ended up feeling more like a dorm house, which was a bit unexpected.”

Just okay probably wouldn't stay again because of cleanliness and loose toilet seat.

The toilet seat was very loose almost fell off. Bathroom and fridge wasn't very clean.

The room and bathroom were very clean. I had a good night’s sleep. They even gave me a pamphlet of Kingston. I really appreciate your hospitality. If I visit Kingston again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The room was a bit cold, but the bed was warm. Slippers would make it even cozier.

Just what we wanted.
Pros:

Absolutely everything we needed for an overnight stay in a road trip and would have been comfortable for a longer stay. Staff/host very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

I miss the old days of folders with recommendations of nearby restaurants and other resources. Better than the internet.

It was very convenient and overall just fine. Don't know what it would be like if all rooms occupied
Pros:

The location was excellent for visiting our son and family.
We had the place to ourselves but we spent very little time there.
Kitchen well-equipped

Cons:

Needs some deep cleaning and various touchups

Wish I could have adjusted the heating. It was too hot at night.

Pros:

I would just like to give a little advice. I feel that a grab handle outside of the bath tub should be attached to avoid people from falling when getting in or out of the tub. Also maybe a large bar should be installed also, in the tub even though there is a small bar already there. Because if someone FALLS while using the tub, then you could be liable for a law suite.
Just to mention that both sink drains need attention as neither stop the water from draining while using the sink???
Otherwise every thing was great.
