Pros:

L emplacement, les serviettes et le lit etaient propres.
La disponibilite, l attention et le service de Dorothy excellent. La disponibilite du cafe et de la vaisselle. La salle de bain commune etait propre. Chambre bien insonorisée, air climatisée parfait.

Cons:

Le frigo de la chambre intérieur et extérieur etait malpropre. Le plancher de la chambre collant, les portes des chambres très malpropres, l entrée intérieur malpropre et non accueillant. Serviette de la cuisine malpropre. C est dommage que la terrasse et la cour ait tant besoin de soin saurait pu etre tres agréable d y prendre le café

location and price was great.

Cons:

It was listed under bed and breakfast but no breakfast. There was 2 other groups and one very noisy . Flush needs to be fixed. The flappy in tank needs to be replaced.

Pros:

Emplacement. Le lit est propre et confortable. Douche propre.

Cons:

Bruit dans la cuisine à 6 h 30 le matin et comme la chambre est directement à coté, ça nous a réveillé. La propreté laisse à désirer (plinthes poussiéreuses, murs sales).

Cons:

Advertised a full kitchen and all amenities....it was a bedroom in a shared house. The other clients were a bit noisy until 10pm...not too bad. At 10pm, a lady came up to the kitchen, just outside the door of our room. She talked loudly with her friend in a different language and started cooking, heavy on the grease. By 11:30 she left the kitchen and all its smells behind. The home owner came in the morning and did not apologize in the least, and blamed booking com for the way they advertised her property. Got in touch with the booking agent and they said they tried to get some sort of refund for us through the home owner but she refused. The company put 25$ in my account to use on my next booking. Just BE SURE you know what you're booking.

Einfach zu Empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr netter Host sowie Haus und Zimmer. Parken direkt am Haus möglich da man am Strassenrand parken kann ist auch immer etwas in der Nähe. Ca 15min Fahrminuten zur Promenade und 10 zum Lemoine Park. Große Kuche stand zur Verfügung.

Quiet deal on the western edge of the city. Great for drivers and near the main artery into downtown by car.
Pros:

Spacious and very quiet. Everything O needed was there. The parking instructions were very good.

Nice accommodation
Pros:

Bright, nicely decorated, large room with fridge and private bathroom. Fluffy towels, large closets, and good amenities.

There was also a large SmartTV which was a nice surprise given it wasn't mentioned in the listing.

Cons:

Entry code wasn't working on arrival but was quickly fixed after contacting the owner who was very apologetic about it..

We have a plugin hybrid vehicle and had been informed we'd be able to plugin from either side of the driveway but was possible only on one side and somebody already parked there. Wd've been nice to tell the other guest to park on the other side of the drive to accommodate us.

Kitchen lights and activity at 11pm adjacent to the main suite was a bit disruptive but to be expected in a shared house. Just be aware if you're really sensitive to noise for that room's locatio.

The king size bed was comfy but high and a little bit difficult to get into for short ppl ;)

All in all, though, we'd return as excellent value for money.
