Pros:

L'hôte est sympathique, les chambres ainsi que la salle de bain sont propres. La cuisine commune est très pratique (frigo, bouilloire, four, micro-ondes), et l'appartement est situé à 20 min à pieds du centre-ville, vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans la rue gratuitement.

Lovely, clean, comfy and presentable room
Pros:

The property was spacious and very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable (we had room 2- family room) and there was plenty of space for my family and I. We had the room with the little closet and mirrors and the en suite bathroom. The shower was also very good. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

There is a ring doorbell on the front door and there is a hallway camera which follows you as you walk up and down the stairs. (Wasn't aware of this) Not that we're bad people but it's very unusual.


It's close to town by Uber and we were able to get plenty of food deliveries via Uber

Cons:

It would have been nice to of had a little table with kettle and facilities to make a coffee/tea. For the price we paid I think this would of been a standard thing, but it wasn't.. I understand its a house, but there are strict rules on usage in the kitchen and tbh I felt awkward and uncomfortable having to go all the way downstairs to make a cuppa. I would highly recommend this is put in the rooms, as I would have rated it a 10/10 stay.

Also, the way the property is advertised is misleading..when I booked I believed I was booking the entire house, not just a room. It's advertised as a town house, but you only get a room.

Not sure on the camera in hallway.

Great little house very clean good location great price
Pros:

From the minute you walk in the door, the house is clean tidy and welcoming

Cons:

Only problem I had was stairs, but that’s mainly down to me because I walk with a stick most of the time

On arrival at property our allocated room had been taken by someone else. Eventually contacted host who didn't seem to care and said find a free room- I think 1 is empty. Paint on bathroom walls and ceiling was flaking off. House was very noisey

Estancia cómoda pero algo lejos del centro
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia al igual que el baño. Había un vestidor muy amplio con un gran armario. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Se permitía el uso de una cocina común, lo cual es muy cómodo para desayunar o calentarte algo.

Cons:

El alojamiento está bastante alojado del centro, a más de media hora caminando. Aunque hay bastantes autobuses urbanos que pasan con frecuencia. La cerradura de la entrada era bastante complicada de usar. Había que pillarle el "truco" para conseguir cerrarla bien.

It was overall a good stay.
Pros:

The place was clean and accessible to the city centre. Our ensuite room was big enough for a family of 3. And there was a mini closet room and vanity.

Cons:

Not much kitchen stuff for cooking.
