Great place to stay
Pros:

I had stayed in this property many times and have never had any problems is always very clean

Maybe in the hot weather have fans in the top rooms

A very clean property with goo
Pros:

Very clean. Use of shared kitchen. Good comms from owner. Easy late arrival arrangements. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The property really needs some profit investing back into it to improve the state of furniture and decorative condition. The shared bathroom hasn't been touched since the early 80s. The shower is non-functional, being either scolding hot or freezing cold.

Great location en suite room was tops and spotless, bed was so comfortable and all amenities you needed were in house, John is a gentleman and even went out of his way to accommodate me for another nite in 1 more of his guest house only 2 mins drive away .
Will defo be back highly recommended and price was brilliant.👊👌

Quiet location, but a bit away from the city centre
Pros:

Quiet room. Presence of kitchen with fridge and microwave.

Cons:

Not possible to drop luggage early or leave luggage after checkout. Hotel is quite a distance North of town. Apart from takeaways, no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

Basic, but functional thank you.
Pros:

It was relatively quiet, the room was small but sufficient for one.

Cons:

The landing light didn’t work, on my floor, neither did my main light, in the bedroom, probably just bulbs needed changing. The velux blind took some negotiating and the room was quite hot at night, without an opening window and being an attic room. Lots of stairs to navigate in the dark to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and as the doors are combination locks- a bit tricky to get back in the room, especially with the light out on the landing.

Pros:

Nous étions à 20 minutes à pied du centre et à proximité de nombreux commerces. La chambre était confortable et la salle de bain privée également. La cuisine partagée était également très pratique (frigo, micro-ondes). Le rapport qualité prix superbe !

Cons:

Malheureusement le four ne fonctionnait pas.
