Pros:

Dobra komunikacja z pomocnym gospodarzem, fajnie wyposażona dostępna kuchnia i łatwo trafić. Czysto. Jak na warunki miejskie nie było zbyt głośno.

Cons:

Przydała by się jakaś mała szafka w pokoju, coś na ubrania.

Nancy and Richard were both very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are nice but basic.

Cons:

They were very accommodating and offered to pick me up from the airport. Unfortunately the pick up was late and they were unable to contact me so I ended up wandering around around for 30 mins looking for them at the airport until they contacted me. When they did get in contact everything worked well but it was an oversight for me to not obtain the correct details before the meeting happened. But a note to let me know that I had to wait would have been appreciated.

Very convenient for a night near the airport.
Pros:

Clean room with a very efficient and polite host.
Communication with him was a breeze.
Room had all basic amenities.
Location 15minutes from airport,an 8€ transfer.

Cons:

Room size was small .
Double bed was too small for two good sized adults.
The neibourghood is uninteresting and not entirely secure
Do not change money with them.They offer a rate better than at the airport but much lower than at the casas de cambio downtown

There are a lot of Hostel in the area and even on the same street
Pros:

The owner it is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This property has no heat and it is extremely cold at night.
And the hot water is so slow it’s not even hot at all
The Wi-Fi is extremely slow or you can say no Wi-Fi at all

Pros:

Segunda vez que me hospedo en el lugar, super recomendado. Sus dueños un amor siempre dispuestos, lugar tranquilo y muy limpio.
Facil de llegar y si no puede hacerlo por sus medios ellos los recogen en el aeropuerto por un valor adicional.

Amables y el espacio super limpio
Pros:

Nos encantó lo acogedor que fue Ricardo, al traernos y llevarnos al hotel. La habitación es excelente, colchon super cómodo, buena iluminación, todo super limpio, el baño impecable. Tv y control de n perfecto estado, tiene aplicaciones gratuitas para disfrutar la estancia.

Easy stay and close to the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport for an easy over nighter. I had a flight out the next morning so the location made it easy to stay here and get back to the airport. Nancy and Ricardo were very accommodating and the place was really clean. I would definitely stay here again.
