Very well located hotel in the district of Barranco. The house is beautiful and it’s good value for money overall.
Casa de Leeuw is in a prime location in the Barranco neighborhood and just a short walk from several great restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great experience staying in this charming colonial house, but the true highlight was our hosts. They were incredibly accommodating, always ready with great recommendations, and made us feel so welcome.
Our apartment was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and the bed was especially comfortable. We also loved the cozy details throughout the space, which made it feel like home. Even though we were there during their summer months, sleeping with open windows with the breeze was a real treat.
If you're looking for a peaceful yet well-located place to stay in Barranco, Casa de Leeuw is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again!
This is a little gem in the centre of Barranco! Nice gardens, terraces, birds and flowers. There a few rooms and apartments. Rooms and apartments are part of a monument. Each of them is different and nicely decorated. I read guests are looking for luxury or modern bathrooms. This would take away the charm of the place. If you want a modern bathroom you should choose for a modern hotel, not a monument!
If you like architecture and don't expect high luxury, but a good bed in a beautiful place, this is the place to book.

We had a great stay at Casa de Leeuw. We loved the accomodation as we like to have local experiences and don’t need luxury. All rooms are in the guest house in the garden in accordance to the description. Beds and room are comfortable.
Location
Pictures are outdated and not a good representation of the stay. We were in a back room, not in the house. Mold on the walls, 1 scoop of crusted coffee grounds was left in a jar that had to be thrown away, and old stained bedding.
