因為入住那天吃壞肚子，加上對面工地一早就開始施工，本來住宿兩晚決定改成一碗。原來當初旅店經理答應退款，結果後來又反悔，說施工不是他們的責任，所以不退款。

Totally okay for the hotel price range on the Sun Moon lake
Pros:

Location (right in the middle of everything, close to boats), quick and easy communication with staff.

Cons:

Very basic accommodation (we had a backyard facing room) which is fine for 1-2 nights and if you don’t want to spend a lot of money. There is nothing to complain about if you lower your expectations right from the beginning.
Staff was helpful and provided bicycles to homestay guests with reduced price (200 hkd /bike/day).
No breakfast available. So you need to eat somewhere around.

嚴格說起來，這不算數一家很安全的店，因為一樓除了大量腳踏車還有一堆充電電池，而且晚上還沒人在那邊

冷氣不冷，說要到達之前30分鐘打電話通知，結果打了幾通響個2.3聲直接轉語音信箱，到達時找不到旅店招牌，看到一間腳踏車出租店跟旅店名字一樣去詢問，幾個年輕人冷淡回我這邊就是，後來查詢也不是合法的旅店，這真的是我住過感受很差的旅宿，房間冷氣也不冷，沒有靠牆的床墊會自動移位！熱水很熱，很難控制水溫，預訂時是2天也沒人詢問要不要整理垃圾或是更換毛巾
