Schöne große Zimmer gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren für eine Schönheitsoperation in Pilsen und hatten es nah zur Klinik . Lucie die Besitzerin hat immer gefragt ob etwas fehlt sie war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Vybavení pokoje i kuchyně. Příjemná lokalita včetně parkování.
Hluk z okolních pokojů. Čistota pokoje nebyla úplně 100%.
Pobyt v hotelu nás bohužel zklamal. Po příjezdu nás nikdo nepřivítal a dlouho se nám nedařilo dovolat na uvedené telefonní číslo. Paní nám až po čase zavolala zpět s tím, že si máme dojít sami do pokoje, kde budou klíče připravené uvnitř.
Po příchodu jsme zjistili, že na pokoji chybí ručníky. Ty nám byly doneseny až po dalším telefonátu, navíc pouze dvě velké osušky, každá jiná, což působilo poněkud zvláštně. Velkým problémem byla také teplá voda – čekalo se na ni velmi dlouho, a když už začala téct teplá, po chvíli byla opět studená.
Snídaně nám během pobytu vůbec nebyla nabídnuta, což nás vzhledem k prezentaci hotelu překvapilo. Pokoj byl sice čistý, ale místy působil lehce zanedbaně. V kuchyňce například chyběla obyčejná houbička na nádobí, což jsou drobnosti, které ale celkový dojem z pobytu ovlivní.
Jediným větším pozitivem byla dobrá lokalita hotelu. Celkově ale služby a přístup personálu neodpovídaly našemu očekávání.

Plíseň v koupelně a v pokoji kde se spí. V místnosti elektrický odvlhčovač, který byl zaprášený, ale asi funkční
Klid, čisto, velká poctivá postel, příjemný vstřícný personál.
Útulný pokoj součástí kuchyňský koutek s kávou, čajem. Tiché klidné okolí. Uklizený.
Hrozně dlouho trvalo než tekla teplá voda, dopoledne byla dokonce jen vlažná.
