Pros:

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He had many recommendations how to get around and what to see and he was very nice.

The apartment is very close to the ferry which was perfect for me because I wanted to go to the island the next morning. For city life, you need to take a taxi though.

Pros:

Me gustó que era una zona segura, fácil de encontrar y que cerca hubiera varios paraderos de los buses necesarios para conocer lugares turísticos. El hospedaje tenía todo limpio y con lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. Por último, el señor Victor, fue muy amable y servicial con cualquier duda que tuvimos, siempre velando por nuestra seguridad.

Pros:

The location is perfect and affordable. Victor speaks English and Spanish and took us out for dinner on Christmas. His son Ricky drove us to the airport. Also English and Spanish and French Victor told us. Great host perfect location it was $50: very affordable with the dollar and my husband and I will be back. There was a nomad named will who was from Texas and was living with Victor. Great travel advice from will

Downtown beats hotel zone was wisdom from my Spanish teacher. She told me during is safer, closer to business and affordable. Safe too
