très agréable, hôte très sympathique
Pros:

j'ai adoré la chambre, elle etait spacieuse, lumineuse et climatisée, j'ai apprécié mon expérience, je recommande fortement cet hotel.

La gérante était accueillante et sympathique, elle a eu la gentillesse de me chercher à l'aéroport.

Great place to stay the night or if you have a rental car.
Pros:

I stayed in the kingsize bedroom with bath on the first floor. The common kitchen, living/dining room, patio & pool were great. The owner picked me up at the airport & returned me to the airport for one reasonable price. Great internet. Adjustable wall air conditioner in the bedroom. Hot water. Very clean & quiet.

Cons:

It’s in a residential area. The only downside is there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance. But if you know that then just bring food & drinks with you for your stay. There is a big refrigerator to keep it in.

Agradable estancia y amplia habitación
Pros:

Nos gustó la atención de su dueña, muy amable y detallista con un corazón de pétalos por nuestro enlace.
La cama era grande, bastante cómoda.
Muy amplia habitación aunque se notan los muebles viejitos.
Tambien había una estantería con productos de otros clientes que se habían dejado allí, en nuestro país esas cosas las tirarían pero aquí todo lo que vale se aprovecha, nos vino muy bien.

Cons:

Lo peor fue que no lo encontrábamos, porque en booking no pone n° de localización.
La clienta muy amable nos había escrito facilitando la llegada con una foto de la entrada, número etc, lo malo fue que no teníamos internet para poderlo ver. Una lástima porque ella sí que había enviado detalles para no perdernos.
El aire acondicionado tardó en enfriar, puede que por culpa del calor que había en general.
Faltaban perchas para colgar prendas, solo había dos.
Mucho espacio para colgar cosas . Eso sí, pero solo dos perchas..tiene fácil arreglo ☺️

Excelente lugar para hospedarse

La propietaria es excelente anfitriona. El lugar es perfecto y muy conveniente al estar cerca del aeropuerto y de la plaza Las Américas.

Übernachtung auf Durchreise
Pros:

Sehr nah zum Flughafen, sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Parkplatz direkt an der Eingangstür. Für eine Übernachtung auf Durchreise sehr gut geeignet. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Tor zur Anlage stand die tagsüber und in der Nacht offen, somit konnten Straßenhunde in die Anlage rein. Der Pool war seit längerem nicht gereinigt. Wir haben uns auf eine kleine Erfrischung nach einem langen Flug gefreut. Es war leider nicht möglich in den Pool rein zu gehen. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terasse war auch nicht ansprechend.
