Jun Bo Xuan Boutique Hotel

This beautiful hotel is run by a wonderful family, who were very helpful with any request we had. The hotel is traditional style, in the center of Lijiang Old Town, right next to the river.
They made homemade breakfast everyday, either Chinese style or we could ask for a more Western substitute.
They also produce their own tea, which you can taste and later buy! Their black tea is delicious, definitely worth trying.
Our room was wonderful, beautiful, with a wet zone which had a shower, bath and a Japanese style toilet, which we enjoyed a lot. There was also a separare tatami area. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean.
Excellent service, we could communicate in English without a problem, and they also helped us carry our luggage to the main street - all in all, this hotel deserves the highest rating possible, and we will definitely choose it again the next time we visit Lijiang!

Sehr gute Lage in familienbetriebenem Boutque-Inn. Wunderschöner grüner Innenhof mit Teich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gehdistanz. Taxi kann nahe zur Unterkunft fahren, von wo aus man vom Hotel nach Voranmeldung abgeholt wird.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, in a very picturesque location on the banks of the canal. Thanks to this location, guests have the opportunity to explore the surroundings as much as possible without spending extra time and money on travel. The hotel itself, both inside and outside, is characterized by its beauty, authenticity, and great taste in design. The courtyard features a small bonsai garden where guests can sit and relax.
I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel, Tracy, for her warm welcome and support throughout our stay. She speaks excellent English, has a deep knowledge of the city, and is always ready to assist us. On the day of our arrival, she not only provided us with information about the places and activities to visit in Lijiang, but also helped us with our travel arrangements.
The breakfasts were very delicious and felt home-cooked. In addition to the fried eggs, the breakfasts included local dishes such as noodles, dumplings, and rice balls.

The Hotel is located in a very beautiful part of the Ancient Town of Lijiang. Amy the Hotel staff was very helpful, you can ask her anything about interesting thing around Hotel. The room was renovated from original old house, very authentic.

It’s beautiful, very zen, lovely architecture.

非常古色古香，很像電視劇裡面會演的那種古宅，很有意境。有暖氣，床有電熱毯，沒有電視，家具都很古色古香。早餐很豐盛，好吃，服務非常好，有兩天行程太早出門，吃不到早餐，還會另外幫我們準備麵包，讓我們可以帶著吃，非常周到。有任何問題都可以問老闆娘，他會很熱心的解答以及幫忙。抵達時有免費車站接駁服務，離開也可以請他們安排，但就要付錢。

The homestay owners were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They even helped us to secure the best seats for the Lijiang Eternal Love show and arranged our return airport transportation seamlessly. They also shared many engaging hosting experiences and speacialty of Yunnan tea. Now my kids are still missing the koi feeding sessions. The warm and nourishing breakfast was especially comforting on a winter morning and truly touched our hearts. They have maintained the facilities so well. We would highly recommend this homestay to others.

Lovely property in excellent location

- The host Amy was very nice and helpful.
- Room is decent in size, well-equipped with amenities.
- Location: need about 4 to 5mn-walk from the taxi drop-off, the hotel sends someone with the cart to pick us up (note: the old town doesn't allow cars, so you will have to walk in order to get to your accommodations inside the old town)
- The surroundings are very nice, a bit more quiet than the Square market area. It takes between 12-15mns to walk to Square market, with a nice walk along the river.

Top Lage - ruhiger schöner Weg am eingefassten Bach, trotzdem sehr Zentrumsnah.
Offenes Haus mit grünem schönen Innenhof, Typische chin. Architektur. Tagüber gibt es guten Tee.
Typisch für die Gegend keine Wärmedämmung, dafür Klimananlage (wahrscheinlich auch zum Heizen) el. Wärmeunterlage - habe wir nicht im Oktober benötigt
Frühstück serviert (chinesich - wir hatten nicht gefragt nach Alternativen) Tee, Schale Nudeln mit Gemüse lecker, gekochtes Ei, so was ähnliches wie Pfannekuchen, Obst
