離夜市很近，附近有便利商店，又有洗衣店很方便，不用再把髒衣服帶回家清洗

Check-in 地址不是民宿，電話還佔線很久打不進去
Pros:

住宿事先告知開車，可以預留停車位。
有電梯，公用飲水機，一樓有共用小沙發可以等待，桌子上放自取的免洗筷、吸管和當天要領取的乾淨浴巾。
離羅東夜市很近，就算帶大班生也可以15分內走到。
房間安排在電梯斜前方，門口有冰箱、飲水機、對面房間是打掃用品存放區。
除了上午打掃和有人退房，大部分時間隔音好。
到隔壁吃早餐有打折。附近有24小時中式早餐，豆花店，麵包店，自助洗衣店。

Cons:

停車場在不可轉的大馬路邊，而且晚上沒有燈光很暗，位子也很小。
房間沒有曬衣服的架子，反映後給了衣架，但是根本沒地方可以掛
