純住宿，單純，床位很大很舒服。
Pros:

透天厝類型的民宿，有電梯，每層都有小公共空間，一樓有客廳跟廚房，生活機能不錯。離全聯也算近，若要自己煮、泡茶聊天應該都不錯。
房間很乾淨，附近就看得到山景，旁邊也有稻田，有專屬停車場，非常方便。離美濃中正湖很近，建議晨昏可以過去散步。
小管家並非一直在櫃臺，屬於比較自助式的民宿。
緊鄰馬路邊，但車流很少，聲音困擾不大。整體感覺還不錯。

Cons:

出發前，小管家就貼心地打電話來詢問入住時間。原計畫6點過後入住，但我們提早於5點抵達時，聯絡不上、找不到負責check in的人，在一樓客廳等了一會兒。原來是跑去附近的7-11繳費了。不過困擾不大，自己探索一下民宿空間。建議小管家臨時不在時，可以將聯絡方式放在櫃臺以免突發狀況找不到人。

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in war unkompliziert. Die Stimmung im Homestay war sehr entspannt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Wir kamen mit unseren Fahrrädern und konnten sie problemlos in der Garage abstellen. Restaurants/Supermarkt ist in gehweite erreichbar. Da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind haben wir die anderen Ausstattungsgegenstände nicht benutzt, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle waren aber vorhanden.
