Peut être un peu bruyant
Las anfitrionas fueron muy amables, cuando tuve dudas sobre la zona o los lugares que quería visitar, me ayudaron a orientarme. Disfrute mucho mi habitación, la cama fue súper cómoda y la casita en general tenía áreas para disfrutar bastante agradables.
Mi experiencia en general fue muy cálida, no tengo comentarios negativos.
La ubicación.
Nunca he escrito reseñas negativas, pero esta vez creo que es necesario avisar a otros viajeros.
Llegamos temprano y, como nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista, nos ofrecieron otra en un edificio cercano, asegurándonos que estaba muy bien y el edificio tenía terraza. Antes de ver la habitación, nos hicieron cancelar la reserva de Booking y nos cobraron directamente (un importe superior al acordado).
Al llegar, la habitación estaba muy sucia y desordenada: polvo por todas partes, accesorios usados… hasta chanclas de otros viajeros debajo de la cama, y un baño en condiciones muy desagradables (solo digo que había caca en la ducha). No se limpió el baño en tres días, así que ni siquiera llegué a ducharme. Además, la llave de la habitación no cerraba correctamente la puerta.
Solemos dormir en hostales y albergues y no somos personas exigentes con el alojamiento. El problema aquí no es el lujo ni la comodidad, sino el engaño y la forma en la que se nos trató.
Pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación por la que habíamos reservado, pero no recibimos respuesta y no volvimos a ver al personal. Además, comprobamos que había otros viajeros a los que les había ocurrido exactamente lo mismo, por lo que da la impresión de que no se trata de un caso aislado, sino de una práctica sistemática.
Lo comparto para advertir a otros viajeros. Sinceramente, nos sentimos engañados y estafados. Creo que es importante que la gente conozca la forma de actuar de este hotel antes de reservar con ellos.
La ubicación para ver Barranco e ir al Restaurante Central es muy buena.
La comodidad y la libertad
Todo! excepto algunos detalles de la limpieza.
El ambiente era muy limpio pero encontré un cabello en las sábanas y las toallas parecían no haber secado muy bien.
L'emplacement, très proche de la place de Barranco, est idéal. Beaucoup de calme aussi. L'accueil a aussi été très agréable.

Zimmer schon etwas stärker verdreckt (ua totes Ungeziefer auf dem Boden und in der Dusche)
Personal quasi nicht existent, kam nur zum Geld einkassieren kurz vorbei - was ich aber nicht weiter schlimm finde. Sie konnte nur spanisch und ich nur englisch, viel zu bereden hätten wir eh nicht gehabt. Immerhin wirkte sie aber sehr freundlich.
Zimmer sind schon sehr klein, zu zweit würde es etwas eng werden (für max 1-2 Nächte aber noch ok, denke ich).
