Pros:

Very friendly, hospitable host.
The accommodation was new, well designed and comfortable with excellent facilities.
Three choices of breakfast. The Sri Lankan breakfast was very good.

Our 2 Lake view rooms had no view of the lake. Just looking into someone else room.

Ants in one bathroom.

Staff refused to accept any payment other than cash. But only mentioned this at the time of check out when ATMs were a long way away, so it frustrated our departure. Would have been more unhappy if we had booked more than 1 night.

Fantastic value accommodation in Kandy with a gorgeous view of the lake.
Pros:

Brilliant value accommodation in Kandy, located up on the hill with amazing views of the city below. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff are kind and helpful. Getting into town on foot is simple and quick, with a path leading down to the lake from the property (10 minute walk). I can't imagine there is a better value for money in Kandy. Highly-recommended.

Our room was slightly small, but not an issue.

Ótima localização, a uma curta caminhada do centro, através das escadas ao lado do alojamento. O quarto era espaçoso e tivemos tudo o que precisávamos.

Ci è piaciuta molto la vista sul lago di Kandy. Abbiamo dovuto riadattare un po’ la disposizione degli elementi presenti nella stanza, ma aveva tutto il necessario. La colazione era buona. Per alloggiare una notte, è funzionale.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a chiudere le finestre, sia della stanza che del bagno, che è piccolo, con la doccia posizionata tra lavandino e gabinetto, il che rendo tutto poco igienico.
