爛爆了! 沒有誠意的爛公司!

完全沒有! 危機處理能力等於零，還企圖誤導旅客放棄本來可以依法取消訂房的權力!

Cons:

8/22 晚上，政府就公告南部三個縣市停班停課了，包含屏東!政府有規定，民宿必須無條件讓旅客取消訂單。 Booking留得電話從23號9點多就開始打電話，一直打到隔天快11點都打不進去。 Bookng 留了訊息也都不回應。
最後查google 居然有別的號碼，打了才有人接電話! 接了還裝傻說只有颱風才可以免費取消，跟一個聽起來是阿姨的服務員講道哩，還多次不耐煩掛我電話。企圖讓人接受不退房，最後我說要打電話給消基會才態度放軟，還說自己只是一個保全，不能處理訂單，最後還說能處理的人1點才上班，說會打給老闆處理! 也沒跟我離電話就掛斷!
真正開始有正常處理訂單的人員下午快2點才接通電話，態度雖然還可以，但居然說飯店無法直接取消訂房，只能留言Booking 說同意我無條件退房，還要我再打給Booking的客服! Booking的客服也是很爛，也一直打不通，打了快10次，才通，但又說中文服務人員忙線，只能轉英文服務員!
最好笑的是英文服務員，確認我的訂房資訊後，還要打給這家民宿確認，還要等他問完，結果英文服務員打過去，說找不到講英文的服務員，又搞笑的叫我再等一下，他才重打電話過去問，最後才搞定這件事情!
所以貴公司真的應該好好檢討，為甚麼跟不上時代，處理一個訂單問題，居然這麼困難! 整間民宿難道只有一個阿姨可以接電話嗎?負責人是跑哪去呢? 怎麼可能櫃台只有一個人? 還是不能處理訂單的人! 太搞笑了!

電視電燈都壞了電視可以修但是電燈不能修

隔音效果太差，晚上小孩哭聲，冷氣冰箱運轉聲，貓叫聲，聲聲入耳。

原本覺得很不錯，後來最高樓層的湖景家庭房冷氣滴水跟窗戶滲水進來完全影響住宿品質跟感受。
Pros:

服務態度不錯、有小戲水池及腳踏車可免費租借、地點位置方便

Cons:

最高樓層的湖景家庭房冷氣漏水、半夜下雨窗外滲水進來很多，早上起床看見濕滿地、行李也濕了

一位看起來是高層，帶狗進民宿，身上因為太多行李，所以狗鏈沒抓在手上，狗兒因為去過多次，所以環境熟悉四處跑跳，竟被這位高層喝斥怎麼不把狗牽好，你不知道狗要牽好嗎？（我住過這家多次，隔壁館也是）；
