Pros:

Good cost/performance, location was just near city center, clean. The host came to greet us and was friendly.

Cons:

Barely slept. Other guest arrived during the night. The person wasn't particularly loud, but old Japanese house's floor are making a lot of noise.

Lugar simples, limpo, com ar-condicionado. Pode ser classificado como uma pousada simples.

Cons:

Local com acesso difícil, muitas escadas! Não havia ninguém na recepção, tive que mandar mensagem e aguardar alguém trazer a chave. Não aceitam pagamento com cartão, apenas dinheiro.

What I liked the most about this minshuku was how warm and welcoming it felt. Everything was very traditional and gave me a truly Japanese experience.

Un séjour un peu décevant malheureusement
Pros:

Le personnel est disponible et a accueillant. La situation géographique est plutôt bonne car elle est assez proche du centre historique et touristique de la ville.
La cuisine située dans le bâtiment principale (non dans le logement) est très bien équipée et il y a du café à disposition.

Cons:

Le logement est situé à 10 minutes du parking payant le plus proche et le moins cher et il faut gravir plusieurs escaliers pour l'atteindre. Si vous êtes chargés de bagages cela peut être très compliqué.

Nous avons dû payer des frais de séjours en supplément (imposés par la ville) dont nous n'étions pas informés. J'ai trouvé ça très malhonnête car pour nos autres locations c'est précisé clairement ou compris dans le prix. Ces frais auraient pu et dû être indiqués ou compris dans le tarif. D'autant que nous avons trouvé le prix finalement très élevé pour ce type de logement.

Il est indiqué "logement entier" sur l'annonce or c'est une petite dépendance mal isolée. Les toilettes sont dans la douche que seul un demi rideau sépare et il n'y a pas de lavabo pour se brosser les dents et se laver les mains (sauf celui des WC peu commode).
La literie est très inconfortable, les lit en bois sont recouverts d'un fond futon, le sol apparaissait moins dur que les sommiers. Nous sommes habitués à dormir sur des futons au sol au Japon mais là... Deux jours plus tard mon groupe et moi souffrons toujours de douleurs de dos aiguë dû à cette nuit-là. L'ensemble du logement parrait un peu vétustes, les draps sont propres mais troués, le sol des sanitaires et la moquette intérieur apparaissent peu entretenues.

Pros:

Čisté, pohodlné, levné. Měla jsem malý pokoj sama pro sebe. Je k dispozici plně vybavená kuchyň, čaj a káva zdarma. Působí to jako dům po babičce, má to trochu nostalgickou atmosféru. Milý majitel. Je to už starší pán a evidentně je na to sám, tak radši dát vědět příjezd předem, ať zbytečně nečeká.

Cons:

K domu se jde po strmých schodech. Pro mě s batohem ok, ale nechtěla bych tam tahat těžký kufr. Jinak bylo všechno v pořádku.
