The location is good for tourism in Little Havana and Coral Gables
Whole place is smaller than appear in the pictures, is full of plants so is full of mosquitos, bar is just in the entrance in a little area. Our room was very little even for walking around the bed, bed was full of mites and there were a lot of mosquitos, it has a window covered with wood so sunlight was poor, illumination was very poor because bulbs are warm light and it makes to fell the space more little that it is, That was a terrible night for us. early in the morning I talked to the host to finish our stay and ask if I could get a refund for the remain 2 nights because it was a prepay reservation. Just she said that she cannot do anything, it should be though Booking, so finally I had to get a reservation in other place and lose the money for this remain 2 nights. I don’t recommend this place.

Property in great location, close to the airport as well as Little Havana and Brickell with good transport links to other parts of Miami. Great value for money, shared bathroom wasn’t a problem, property wasn’t overcrowded. Bathroom was clean.
Bedsheet although at the first glance looked fresh was cover in black hair, which wasn’t very pleasant. One of the towels wasn’t washed and had brown marks on it.
Perfect place to rest after a long flight - even tho the room was tiny I got everything I needed - clean fresh sheets a nice shower and very nice hosts - for exploring Miami it was totally fine - also for the price ! Thanks again !
As I am german I love fresh air - since it was not possible to open any windows it felt strange at the beginning but I got used to it

It look exact same as the pictures but even prettier then I thought. The hosts are super friendly and the place is cozy, comfortable, and make me feel like I'm home. Also, there is a bus stop right cross the street and this place is near to little havana, so it's convenient as well! It was the first time I visited Miami and it gave me a super good first impression. Overall, I wish I can give more than 5 stars.
There is only a small thing is that I feel itchy when I sleep on the bed.
