Pros:

Gazdele foarte amabile, ne au oferit tot ce am avut nevoie. Foarte aproape de plaja, maxim 100 de m.
Domnul Konstantin, propietarul, a fost mereu acolo daca am avut nevoie de ceva. Am stat 13 zile, in care nu ne a lipsit nimic l.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the clean and fully equipped room to the friendliness of the hosts, who were always there if we needed something. They speak German as well, which was great for us. The beach is very close to the property. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

The house is very nice with a lovely garden near the sea. The studios are very common and are equipped with all kinds of cookware, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle for hot water, as well as coffee, spices, salt and sugar. They have a balcony or a terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The beach is nice and spacious with very clean sea. But the most valuable of all these are the owners of the house. Kind, kind, extremely responsive people who are always ready to help you with anything. If there were more people like them, the world would be a better place. Excellent conditions for a full vacation. I will definitely come back here again.

Pros:

It was near to the beach.The beach is good but there are rocks in the sea. It's good to use sea shoes.

Cons:

Awful owners! The last day the owner came to the beach at 10:45 A.M. to force us to check out "rigth now" although it's written that the time for checking off is 12:00! The beds were very, very uncomfortable. The nearest market was 3,5 km from the room. There were only 2 restaurants. The only one coffee shop was at 1 km far away.

Pros:

Very friendly charming couple of owners,what makes our accomodation perfect. They were willing to wait for us till midnight (our flight was late). I made mistake in reservation,but they were not doing any issues with it. Perfect location (near beach,restaurant, markets,center,Thessaloniki,Chalkidiki's beautiful beaches),no problem with parking. Clean room, enough space, small but well equiped kitchen, possibility to eat/drink outside- in the garden. Bottle of water and fruits were prepared for us when we came, really nice :)
