Nice photos of the property.
Ok, here's what happened. They sent me a photo of their bank passbook demanding the full payment in advance, "or we will cancel your booking". The booking terms were "cash only", so it was a downright infringement of booking terms. I messaged them but they didn't respond. I asked them if it was possible to change the date... No response. I had to reach out to customer service to get through to them... But they only responded on the booking day:" What time are you coming?" Of course not. I've been a booking.com customer for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I've given such a low score to a property. They may be a pretty place but they are terrible at management and/or won't respect customers.

Very nice friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast and spacious room.
In-room fridge could be better... It's a wine chiller rather than fridge so didn't cool drinks.
