Pros:

住宿地點離潮州火車站及潮州國際滑輪溜冰場都很近，也有公共自行車站點（潮州高中）。
早餐是餐券的形式，可以至巷口早餐店兌換，時間自上午05:30-10:30。
民宿溫馨乾淨，房間大小適中，有很多公共空間可以休憩，房內空調安靜涼爽！

雙人房與沙發床，賓至如歸
Pros:

二訪了，謝謝老闆娘還記得，貼心地在我們奔波入住的時候準備好冷氣與明亮整潔的房間，拯救了我們。這次房間有沙發床，真的很舒適，還有可愛玩偶陪睡，真的是太棒了。雖然可惜合作的早餐店臨時店休，但闆娘仍親切退費，真的很感謝。

適合親子情侶，潮州有個美好的休憩
Pros:

工作人員親切接待，房內舒適整潔，天花板的燈有多種亮度可以調，也有電視跟冷暖氣，很周到。浴室也是乾濕分離，還有乳液跟洗手乳做使用。早餐券也很棒。二樓公共區域零食齊全。

Cons:

適逢冬季，棉被薄險些單薄，不知道可不可以加棉被之類的。
