Excellent value, clean and with great service. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Exceptional service from father and son team. Was quiet and cosy enough for me. Excellent value for money and only a couple of dollars to get into the heart of town, or just walk. It isn't pretentious, it's a quaint place, that's clean with authentic owners. If you're after good value, with lovely people and not far from Kandy central, this is it!

Cons:

No AC in room but the in-room fan worked well, and being from Melbourne (Australia) but also having spent time in Queensland, I slept easily enough without need for AC. If you are happy with a nice fan, you'll be fine.

Pros:

La habitación y la cama muy cómodas, con ventilador y bien de temperatura, no pasé calor.
El Baño bien, limpio y mas o menos amplio. El personal amable y servicial. Todo correcto!

Pros:

Una struttura bellissima camere molto spaziose e molto pulite.
Il proprietario è un ragazzo molto gentile e molto simpatico e disponibile

Cons:

Non fatevi ingannare dalla strada principale, la struttura si trova in una stradina secondaria in salita che man mano che sali ti rendi conto di quanto è bella

More than my expactation!
Pros:

Amazing, super clean and well-taken care house that we're afraid to wear our shoes inside though the host encourage. The host, Ashfaq and his father are truly friendly, supportive and especially active in recomending us good service with very affordable price (sharply competitive compared to outside providers) as private transport and tours. They well package these all.
I love green garden, spacious and modern design of the balcony, staircase and shared space where my little daughter and I had a good time.
Host was so caring that they actively offer water boiler and equipments I needed right in front of my room even when I didn't ask for.
Will highly reccommend and will surely stay again if we have a chance.

Great stay in Kandy!
Pros:

The owner was really nice and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Room was clean and cosy. All facilities worked. We enjoyed the stay. The owner even organized for us a drive along with sightseeing with his son who was our driver. Thank to this we got to our next hotel and didn’t lost a day for drive but also could enjoy tea factory, museum, waterfall etc.

Cons:

Was not such a thing.

Kandy accommodation
Pros:

The host Sulthan was very friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Value for money.

Cons:

Property is a little outside Kandy CBD so transport is needed to get into town. Not a criticism. Just an observation.
