Great location with the beautiful view. Nice staff. The hotel is a bit old.

What a location on the hill! Very beautiful view of the city. The breakfast on the balcony with the view was very beautiful. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and friendly.

Fabulous views over Kandy and wonderful hospitality

Our favourite accommodation so far on our tour of Sri Lanka!

The owner was so kind, friendly, welcoming and happy to chat.

Everywhere was beautifully clean. We had a lovely room with a large balcony and amazing views over Kandy. Very comfortable bed and effective air-con. Tea and coffee-making facilities in the room as well as bottled water.

Our bathroom had recently been refitted and there was even a great view from there! The electric shower ensured good water pressure (quite rare in Sri Lanka, it seems)!

Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast served downstairs on the terrace - we particularly enjoyed the freshly-made paratha, which were very tasty, as well as decent coffee and apple juice. Again, there were amazing views from the terrace over Kandy.

Cons:

Not really a negative and it wasn’t a problem for us (as we had a driver), but you would definitely need to take a tuk tuk or taxi into town.

A beautiful home stay with breakfast. A wonderful view of the Kandy city from the room balcony. Centrally located for all tourism destinations.. Neat and clean rooms.

Pros:

Het uitzicht over de stad Kandy is fantastisch. Zowel vanuit bed als in de douche is dit te bewonderen. De hoteleigenaar was erg vriendelijk, sprak goed Engels en was zeer behulpzaam. Dit kleinschalige hotel (3 kamers) is echt een verborgen pareltje!

Établissement situé sur les hauteurs. Notre chambre avait une vue magnifique.
Chambre propre et correct.
Nos hôtes ont été très gentils (préparation d’un petit déjeuner (bon et copieux) à emporter pour notre départ tôt le matin).
