Great Experience
Pros:

I had a really nice stay at Duy Tan Home, and would happily recommend it. The owner is incredibly kind and went out of their way to wait for me despite my late check-in, which I truly appreciated. They are always willing to help with anything you need, making the whole experience very smooth and welcoming. The area feels local and authentic, which is great if you want to experience a more genuine side of the city. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a great place to stay with warm hospitality!

Pros:

The restroom is clean and is equipped the powder for guests I think they really understand the demand of visitors to wash some wet clothes after bathing in the beach.

Pros:

Mình đặt ở lại 1 đêm, phòng sạch, thoải mái

Cons:

1 điều mình không thích là đã làm homestay thì không được giới hạn giờ giấc, không báo trước mấy h đóng cửa và rất phiền khi phải kêu cửa. Bên cạnh đó mình đặt phòng trên app là giá tiền đó và giao phòng khác và lấy mình 300k do phụ phí thêm 1 người.

넓고 깨끗하고 편안한 방이에요.
친절한 숙소 주인부부가 맞이해주시고 필요한 오토바이도 저렴하게 빌릴 수 있도록 도와주셨어요.
저희가 묵은 방은 발코니 공간도 넓어서 좋았어요

Pros:

Stayed here several times over the years. Well maintained and very clean. Nice quiet side street and short walk to local restaurants and local drinking places. Quy Nhon a city not overlytouched by much tourism yet so local eateries and drinking places quite local and give nice Vietnamese experience. People who run hostel are excellent.

Shout out for Mr. Cong
Pros:

The host is so friendly. Mr. Cong has given us a wonderful experience. We checked in late, around 2am and he also cooked for us 🥲🥹 don't know how to express our heartfelt to him

Pros:

The owners are very welcoming. The location is close to the town center. Room is decent size.

Cons:

Separate toilets only. Even though they say this is your own toilet and such, there's other guests still using the same toilet. There's many mosquitoes, and bring the electric mosquitoes bat to kill them. Otherwise, you can't sleep.
