The Water Studio

The studio is spacious and very comfortable. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, as well as convenient public transport connections to the city centre.

I originally wanted a balcony, but the little dock was actually even better! We had direct access to the canal, which was amazing because we could swim. The studio also has a canoe, which was a lovely opportunity to explore and enjoy the canal.

The host was very nice, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely book this place again!

Wasser sehr gut gefallen, die Nähe zu Amsterdam und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Auch der überdachte und abgeschlossene Parkplatz war super!
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants.
Super war, dass man Streaming Dienste nutzen konnte und es gab zwei Ventilatoren.
Das Kanu war cool. Es hat Spaß gemacht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Man ist direkt an einer Gracht, hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Verfügung und beim Fernseher sind einige Streaming-Dienste inkludiert, die man nutzen kann. Das Bett ist auch bequem und es ist sehr schön, wenn man morgens oder abends dann draußen am Balkon/Loggia/Steg sitzen kann.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im The Water Studio und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein absolutes Highlight war die tolle Dusche – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam zu entspannen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Vermieter: Sie sind unglaublich lieb, herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute super wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

The house is beautiful and extremely functional. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning, watching the swans, and sitting quietly on the balcony on slightly misty evenings makes you feel like you’re inside a European film. Truly therapeutic.

Tamara and her husband are incredibly helpful with everything and very kind hosts.

The IJburg area is exceptionally quiet and far from the damaging side of mass tourism. It’s a place where you can really disconnect and listen to yourself—ultra peaceful. There is a market nearby, and the area has genuinely excellent Italian and Japanese restaurants. Ordering food is also easy if you prefer staying in.

Overall, after many visits to Amsterdam over the years, this might be the most peaceful and atmospheric place I have ever stayed. Thank you.
